Hi my name is Lorena. I’m a biochemist, and I’ve been working in this company for 8 and a half years. I started working in the pharmaceutical industry when I was 25 in the area of regulatory affairs. After that, this company hired me as a microbiological analyst while I was still studying. Nowadays, I’m in charge of a big project and oversee what people are working on. I try to be helpful for all of my coworkers and I get along with everyone. I’m so happy to work here with such warm people and I’d like to continue growing here. I look forward to getting new projects.
thanks a bunch for each class Annemarie and for your dedication

I teach English online now to adults. I used to teach kids and teens before the pandemic.

Thanks for sharing your example of an introduction. You've got a good start here. One change I recommend is, "I am currently seeking..." --> Because of the word 'current' it indicates that this is happening now.

We need to make just one small change to the preposition. We use 'on' with 'work' to indicate our focus. "I've been working on my English skills..."
