Chicken Kurma is one of my favourites! I love the cashews in there as well! You made that with an excellent consistency! I like it a lot, another amazing recipe! So good!
Nice vid yet again. I always have to make either a buttered chicken or Korma on top of my vindaloo as I don't hold back with the heat from the vindaloo, and it becomes too hot/spicy for 2 of my household.I use bay leaves, cassia, and honey in my korma and throw in a little fresh coriander. Would love your take on a Garlic Massala if you ever get the chance. Wish I was nearer your restaurant as I would drop by and personally thank you, but being in North Yorkshire it's just a tad too far.Stay safe and hope your business booms with the lockdown ease.

Hi you can use coconut milk but the texture will be different. You will probably have to reduce it a bit more but I'm sure it will still taste great 👍

Tikka masala is more red and a little bit spicier Cooked with yogurt.
