    I believe this & many other videos that you have posted. They deserves many more likes, than what it shows they have. So here i am giving you 10 more likes, one from each finger. That is the best i can do. Because i see you doing the best you can do. I salute you, for all of your efforts & time to put out these informative videos.

    Personally I would really like the option to upgrade the ram to 8GB to 16 GB. I have the MPC X SE and have not run into any issues but if I could upgrade my memory I definitely would. I already put in a 2T SSD. So I can sample as much vinyl as I want without thinking about it. I love the MPC as an instrument and as a platform for production. I am all in. I will also be sending mine for the Black Lion MPC SE X XB Mod. I run in standalone at least 98% of the time. I only use the computer for mix and mastering

      I agree. With the 8 gigs of ram. My guest is that they are not 64 bit. But otherwise why stop at 4 gigs in 2023?

    At 6:45 is that different drum layers of sounds layer together in your drumkit?

    • @park171
      @park171  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes. 4 layers

      Awesome love it and sounds great. Will you be making any new expansion kits, seeing that Akai now has 8 layers of sounds in the 3.0 software?

    Ben, you may need to clear instruments from memory manually since it has been known that the MPC will load instruments and keep them in memory even if you change instruments.

    Where can i get the superior drum kit for the mpc?

    • @park171
      @park171  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I sampled the drums form my plug-in. The mapped them into a pad group in my MPC.

    Doesn't the CPU usage increase when you play sequences? Or increase while you are using a plugin?

      I’m not sure.

    Thanks for everything you explained in the video, it's a very useful lesson. I use Mpc live2 most of the time as a sound module and this is very useful information for me. Could you offer a price on Superior Drums. Regards!

    Hey 👋🏿 Ben I’m a new beginner using the MPC One Plus in standalone & I have 3 Expansions & some wave files loaded on my 64 SD card but now that I had downloaded the new 2.12.2 update it is saying that I don’t have a drive when I try to activate the 4 new free plugins SMH!
    Is there a way in standalone that I can see how much space that I have left on my 64GB SD card in standalone? Because I don’t want to buy two more MPC Expansions until I probably activate the 4 free new plugins in my MPC one plus

    • @park171
      @park171  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s all depends. You will want a high capacity SD card on your one. 3rd party expansion will be installed on that. The ram will determine how much you can load as far as samples. So far disk streaming is not part of the current MPC firmware.

    I Ben, I've just discovered this video, and I would like to know how you got superior drums on your MPCX in stand-alone mode?

    • @park171
      @park171  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello. I resampled the kits. I have over 49 custom expansion I’ve done using all my hardware and some software. You can request audio demos.
      Email me at bycorrell@gmail.com for more info.

    Super cool that you made an expansion. I need to do that... I've been using my live mk1 with GGD all day today.
    Hey I got a question about your FANTOM... I put a Fantom-08 in layaway yesterday. I know you got the big FANTOM but are you using midi over USB or are you using midi cables?? Either way I'm super excited to pair these two together. I'm using a Korg minilogue xd module and an Arturia minibrute 2s with mine and it seems like since I started using outboard synths all my problems went away. You actually inspired me to get the Fantom-08 😏🎹🎶

    • @mikebush3834

      So you have every bank full of drum samples?? 😳

    • @park171
      @park171  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No more Fantom for me. Bought the Jupiter X. Better fit for me, also MPC will natively recognize most USB synths midi. I have a couple that do not. Good luck and make lot of music.

    You just bounce your instruments to samples when you get them just right.

    • @park171
      @park171  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Rob. I do not.

    • @GOASTWRITTER
      @GOASTWRITTER 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@park171 that’s what I do. It saves cpu. I bounce everything to samples. And put them on pad’s.

    • @park171
      @park171  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Controll mode is the amazing part of the modern MPC echosystem. Btw The desktop software has know to be louse for the apple silicon platform. I hope the 3.0 firmware addresses that.
