We go at least 5 times a year. Don't camp, hike, or fish any more but just a place to hang out and relive memories of family, friends and adventures of younger days.
Not a lot that older grand children like to do but maybe create their own memories.

We are heading to Red River this summer in July and i will be in the 4 of July praid. Cant wait.
I also forgot to mention you should do the following walk next time you head up there my sister she doesn't have me really go up and visit a lot. My family also enjoys the boat racing!😂
We’ll be there too! I don’t think we’ll be there for the 4th but for sure the rest of the month!! Do you hike?! What hikes are you going to do?! We’re going to try to do the big hike up to the lake this time…it rained on us last time!!
what hotel or lodge do you recommend to stay at? I keep hearing the alpine lodge red river is the best for the buck.
We stayed at the Road Runner RV park since we had our camper with us. They have cabins you can rent. Plus the Red River runs right through it! Check them out online to see if you like their cabins. Otherwise I don’t know of any of hotels that I can personally recommend. Have fun!!!
