@@HeyJules yeah..for everyone, especially the youth, to appreciate the simple but vital roles of our kababayan kasi sa pagsama sama ko sa nanay ko sa palengke, there's art to what they do. Hindi simpleng hiwa or linis ang ginagawa, it looks easy kasi matagal na nilang ginagawa pero mahirap talaga.

Jessica is really a fast learner. Working in a palengke and in the wet market area, its so hard and I admire you for doing your best!! The fact that I grew up having a family business in a palengke means i'm used to the atmosphere especially the "tawad" part❤️

The smell will stay on your fingers if you don’t wash it properly and if you pop the liver the fish will taste bitter. Fighting Jessica and team!

Your Trabaho Series is great! Very educational and enlightening. Those hardworking people truly deserve our respect. Through their hard work, they make our lives better, in many ways, like having food on the table when we need it. And kudos to Jessica and crew, concise writing, great cinematography, tight editing and overall great production. Very well done,
I feel ecstatic every time I see Jessica tries to get immersed into the typical jobs that we have in the Philippines. It also feels humbling to see the resiliency of these workers despite the difficulty they have to face every day just to earn money. Nanay Lilian may look intimidating because of how she looks and her way of speaking, but her life story as a vendor mirrors the lives of a lot of Filipinos who have the same kind of job as nanay Lilian.

It's amazing to see Jessica's perspective into the Filipino culture. It humbles me in a way to see and realize the things I've been taking for granted - like how the vendors greet us in the market with smiles on their faces knowing the hard work behind their jobs and sacrifices they entail just to offer us fresh fish.. kudos to you Jessica!!

Another remarkable video that you made Jessica, I enjoyed watching you and I learned about fish vendor. Its not hard to make money for a day and they do this for a long time. Thats why I salute all of the fish vendors out there. I understand Jessica’s reaction the first time she cleaned the fish. It really is icky to touch and has “fishy” almost yucky smell. But when I lived on my own and did it, it became fun. The after smell isn’t though.

I really enjoy this trabaho series a lot 'cause I dont know why, but I'm the type of person who finds happiness by going to the market/grocery especially when I'm with my Mama. It is so common for us Filipinos to pick the meat or fish when buying, in order for us to get the fresh ones or to get the desired size of the meat. By the way, the way Jessica communicates to our fellow kababayans is soo natural, and I dont see you as maarte, 'cause I'm way too loud when my parents taught me how to clean the fish.
PS after watching this I suddenly imagine Jessica being a construction worker for a day or tricycle driver or a sales lady in department store or being a cashier in a convenience store.
