Some people don't realize how much work it takes to make a custom part from scratch. I used to build carbon fiber airplanes and we built all the interiors by hand, its definitely a labor of love working with composites. You do awesome work!

BTW: Try using epoxy resin (used for countertops) instead of repeated attempts in using bondo fillers and sanding. It will save you time and effort while simplifying the process and materials list, and will result in a very high gloss finish! Thanks for the amazing video!

Wow amazing job and this might have helped me figure out what Fabricate on my low miles 87 Nissan Stanza for my new CT Sounds Meso 6.5 inch front stage component speakers. Has very little kick panel space and factory speakers are mounted in the front doors. So was thinking maybe I could take sone other cars door panels that has a speaker enclosure molds into the door panel like these and attach them to my Stanza’s door panels at the bottom where the speaker is mounted in the door to get them out a bit from the door metal or just do it with some fabricated MDF baffles. Not a lot of room. I have several no’s Poweramper sound quality amps I bought from them when they went out of business there in Florida. Can’t find much on stereo installs on the car. Car. Only has 86,000 miles and interior looks brand new. Just my little around town car with factory sun roof so need to get some tunes going in it and my low Milagros 01 Camry need to do the same.
