I love being a member I listen to your information and read your emails weekly! I make several different fermented foods, I have taught 12 people at work how to make kefir. I make gallons of kombucha a week and we just can tell a difference. People being a member really has great benefits. Love from Tennessee!

Hey there Donna Schwenk. I was listening to your audio and realized it was not as clean as it could be. I'm an audio editor. If you want I can send an example of some work I've done. I want to offer my services to you and clean up the audio to sound cleaner. Let me know if this is something you would like to do. Thank you

If a person heavily reacts to fermented foods and probiotics which food or probiotic and how much would you recommend for a person this sensitive. I remember you saying once you could only handle a very tiny amount of the cultured vegetable juice. Eventually you could handle a full serving. and eventually other cultured foods. Could you please respond here? Thank you so much

You just need to start with small amounts, np 50/100 ml and slowly increase that amount up.

I'm in the same boat. I made the SIBO Yogurt, and it wrecked me for 24 hours. I'm gonna try doing the coconut version, as I can handle that.

I tried everything you can imagine and in the end I got so sick I literally tried everything and the yuen method helped me, it took about a year but I'm finally very close to being healed from lifelong gut issues. It's worth a look if things get out of control.

@@havasmama05 Same thing happened to me, no matter what probiotics you take you'll have a reaction, I'm not sure what it is but it's likely an ulcer and some sort of autoimmune reaction, and or infection flare up; it can be really hard to distinguish all these things. I would stay away from probiotics until you're fully healed, they'll make you worse and worse.

@@havasmama05 Also donna mentioned a product called HMO's, it's from layer origin, I've ordered some myself, the reviews are really good concerning IBS/Pylori etc. I can't remember if anyone mentioned SIBO. Also as I mentioned yuen method saved me from years of pain.

I'm picking up water kefir grains today. Hopefully that won't cause a histamine reaction.

What's your opinion on histamine! All those foods unfortunately are high histamine foods for which a lot of people have intolerance to

Maybe look into a B12 deficiency for histamine problems. Also a DAO deficiency causes histamine problems. That is an enzyme.

Great video! Dr Will Bulsiewicz who is a highly reputable gastroenterologist who is well versed in past and current gut microbiome research and ways of optimizing gut microbial health agrees with much of what you say. However on a You Tube Podcast where he was asked about his view of bone broth, he warned against consuming it. He stated that the way bone broth powder commercially sold was derived was by super heating bones. This process causes a massive release of highly toxic heavy metals. So when you use that bone broth powder to cook, you’re literally infusing your food with those heavy metals and consuming them.

Drain your kraut but save the liquid. Dilute the saved liquid with water adjusted to your taste.
