A prenuptial agreement is very good as in many cases life changes unexpectedly, hence its best to prepare for the unexpected even more than the expected, Love is beautiful but things can get complicated ,the above mentioned is a good foundation that can prevent ugly occurrences .

The issue is that the law says that when a pair separates one gets all the others things that they worked hard for. That’s the issue. The law of reallocating someone’s assets is the problem. Don’t put a bandage on it fix the problem.
Not only prenups are contracts, but also marriage certificates. Since ancient times, marriage use to be a ceremonial bond between a Man and a Woman. Then greedy and corrupt governments, came up with a way to profit($$$) from it, by creating the certificate of marriage. Modern day marriage is now a ceremony with the Man, Woman, and government($$$). Reasons such as this, is why modern Men are not interested in anything which involves government.
