Yeah, my favorite band they have more number ones on the rock charts than any other band, and they just broke the record for the most top 10 on the rock charts. They’re getting ready to go out on tour again which I’ve got tickets to see them in April. They draw a huge crowd. The sound of Madness is hard rock 10 yrs old. This band stays consistent.
This song gave Shinedown their 30th #1 song. I was at their Planet Zero album release party/show last July. I'm a photographer for a radio station and have been able to meet them. Super nice guys. Every song they have is great!!!
LOVE Shinedown! Their album Amaryllis is one of the best albums ever. It's one of those that you will listen to from the first track to the last without skipping. If you do any more full album reactions, I would suggest it highly. Thanks for sharing this band. They don't get near as much love as they should.

This song means the absolute world to me. It’s even better live just so you know. I just saw them three days in a row on their current tour and it was such an amazing experience to hear it live. ❤️ I cried all three days I heard it. 😭
I love older Shinedown. Amaryllis is, in my opinion, their best album. Wasn't crazy about Threat to Survival or Attention Attention but Planet Zero was more like their old stuff. This is definitely one of the better songs on the album. They've always been good with the ballads, but for whatever reason their rockers on TTS and AA seemed too commerical sounding, and (again IMO) didn't rock hard like their older material.

This song can be seen in many ways. But its about depression anxiety feeling of not belonging like everyone is against you. And it says hey. Weve all had pur moments had our doughts youre not alone. And its ok not to be ok but there will always be someone out there to help and reach out. Cause were all going through life together at the end of the day. And we're all just humans. Not perfect, none are the same
If you are just getting into Shinedown, you def need to check out some of their older stuff. Their cover of Simple Man is the reaction go-to, but Brent is King Midas. Everything he touches turns to gold. Enjoy the journey!

It is, the lead singer stated that it was written about his mental illness and the social stigma surrounding it he endured throughout his life. The song is helping a lot of people that’s going through the same thing, being an outcast not belonging anywhere.

Shinedown has A LOT of great songs. Some of them are rockin' songs, but most of the great ones are ballads or mellow rock.
