It’s actually coconut shells, to get the smoked flavour, you can use charcoal instead of coconut shells thank you 💚💐

Use any kind of a pan which you have, no problem, seal the lid well to prevent steam from escaping, and use a mixture of water and flour. Thank you 💚💐
