    Great video glad you mention cardio equipment especially a jump rope. Double unders build cardio like crazy and a jump
    Rope is a really inexpensive piece of cardio equipment. Totally agree with these to start a gym.

      If you are not that strong and just using it for bench , deadlifts and squats then no any barbell will do.

    300 hundred dollars for a bar bell!? Why? A little research and you can find out what bar bell best suits you and its weight limit.

    I ask long time everyday weightlifters and they use $50 Olympics barbells!
