When I was a kid, I went on vacation to Primorsko in Bulgaria with my parents. I remember tasty watermelons, tried spicy peppers for the first time and having fun on the beautiful beaches. Half of Poland went to Bulgaria (Golden Sands) or Balaton Lake in Hungary for holidays in the 1970/80s.

Cool info on the process of how copies are transported into the country from Turkey, I love that it allows locals to make money as well. Wonder how the copy bags and shoes come through?
People told me that they also came from Turkey. But remember to negotiate. Last year I bought a Gucci Bag and the Zip broke after 1 week so remember that they don’t last long. I bought trainers 👟 but they cave in, there is one shop of Flower street that is Very Expensive for Trainers 125 Leva (£62) this year so maybe try another shop. Maybe give tips on hotel drop offs or transportation to and from the hotel for a large group of travelers?

I put money on my revolut card and withdrew it from a bank machine and was getting 2.28 to £1 yesterday. Much better than £1 = 2 Lev, especially larger ammounts like a £20 = just over 45 Lev
Yes I agree but most machines here charge a big commission, lots of EuroNet machines for example. Maybe you went to an official bank machine to withdraw it ?

No Bulgaria has scrapped the idea of changing to the Euro because they did not meet some criteria but it is joining the EuroZone next year on 1st January

Took the leap and having 1st holiday from 2nd June. Staying at L&B Hotel. Anyone have any reviews on it please. Also, if getting the transfer bus from airport, does it drop off at hotel or a central point in the area. Thanks.

Im hoping to be there for the 20th time late June, Been in most of those bars and even went in the DVG club once ( Den Glade Viking ) to old now 😥 on the beach front i recommend Bar Morris for views of beach and sea, food is good, everyone ahould try and find a restaurant which has Kavarma on the menu, Chicken and Pork, Djanmys , Condor and a few other places around the market area are the best Col, another great presentation, you got most things spot on, enjoy Funny Pub and Footie..Priyaten Vecher 👍

@@travelwithcol4625 just go round to the bus station there's a few buses go to Burgas, some tend to take longer as they go around a few villages, the sea garden at Burgas is a bit smaller than Varna but worth a walk around, as I said it's been five years since I was in Bulgaria so there maybe some changes with the buses, enjoy Burgas, also Pomorie is worth a walk round, buses also run from the bus station enjoy..

@@travelwithcol4625 I've only been there three times, half a day each time, just off the sea garden there was an happy bar and grill like the ones in Varna which I ate in, standard menu, no Kavarma in them places and had a few pints in nearby bars, didn't really go in city centre.. Just Google best bars and restaurants in Burgas find all the info you want, the prices probably cheaper for food and drink than Sunny Beach, he interesting to see your video of the place 👍It's nice to get away from the Brits for a while, learn some basic words, im quite good at Basic Bulgarian but hopeless at Polish, im sure you can speak Polish to a good level 👍

could you let us know the prices of fake shoes in sunny beach?
I went the the shop that does Fake Shoes on Flower Street and they asked me for 125 Leva (£63) for a Pair of Fake Trainers 👟 so be Super Careful. My mate bought some off the same shop a few years ago and the sole Caved in after a short time unfortunately, don’t pay more than 50 Leva they are fake and low quality bought for Nothing from Turkey which is 1-1.5 hours drive from here

Inflation is High and Prices are not so Cheap anymore.. Do you mean £60 per Day ? An international Beer is 10 Leva (£5) Guiness Corona etc a Football Shirt 35 Leva (£19), Polo Shirts 40 Leva (£19) Restaurants are not Cheap £12-15 for a main course on the strip .. Taxis cost a Fortune ..

My Dad lives in Bootle. I grew up in Liverpool, left when I was 18 and lived abroad ever since in Spain, Poland etc you will have a great time Ozbor is quiet with nice beaches. Its is between Sunny b and Varna. Have a look at my Guided Tours from Varna on my Channel too cos it’s worth a Day Trip there. It’s 20 mins drive Ozbor to Sunny B but the buses do not go regularly maybe only 4 times per day I think
