Weve been to bulgaria for every year since 2007 - its cheap, always had the best weather, even bought a property 10 years ago (small house near sunny beach) - highly recommended!

Stayed at The Grand..Was a bit run down but a the rooms have been done up
How much was it per night? How was the food ? Never stayed there! I was in the Diamond Hotel at the end of Flower street, nice hotel but horrible food. Was a perfect location so that’s why
Food was good..Loved the freshly made omelettes for breakfast . All inclusive. Drinks weren't the best.Package holiday so don't know per night rate
@lemmy74 who did you book with? How much for the package? Were the Drinks at the Hotel Known international brands? My hotel had some UnKnown horrible whisky called Savoy and Beer called Local Beer 😂 was there any extra unexpected charges at the hotel? At all the hotels I used you had to pay a Daily extra Charge for the safe and the gym

I went into the Shoe Shop on Flower St next door to the Funny Pub, the Trainers were Mega Expensive, they asked me for 125 zloty (£61). I would say that this shop is Overpriced ;) Remember that the trainers are copies, my friend said that the sole caved in on his after a short while.. you must negotiate , they are nothing like the standard of the Real Ones , they just stamp the labels on etc

I bought a pair of trainers for 30 lev but she asked for 60 lev. You must offer a much lower than they ask and when you start walking out the shop they offer to reduce the price. Maybe some other people can make comments on prices of trainers 👟..? And check out my other tours because I do show you the price of trainers in the Sunny Beach North tour

Very quiet from mid September on they start closing stalls after then. So choice will be limited
I went on 9th May last year and I had sun every day, was a lovely holiday. This year I went end of May for 2 weeks and it was busy
Is clothes for men &woman small fitting or fo they do larger sizes

You can by the bulgarian sun creme itś cheaper than al the aver brand. Sorry for my spelling Im not english.
Thanks 🙏 Where can you buy sun cream cheaply in Sunny B ? Which shop please ? I went to a number of supermarkets and the sun cream was very expensive compared to the UK. This is why I recommend to buy it in England and bring ing it with you. The shop by the Glarus was selling Sun cream for 20 lev and the other one was selling at 15 lev. Luckily I bought mine for £3 in England before I came
@@travelwithcol4625 here in Sweden itś expencive so normaly its about 66 lev. So we al the sun creme in Bulgaria. There is a small shop behind Grand Victoria itś close to Glarus hotel. The shops owner is Petia and Roman. We by a lot in that shop. This time is the nine time we will go to SB. Our first time we were staying at the Glarus and a lot of times at the Grand Victoria. This time we will stay at the Grand hotel.
I have never stayed at the Grand Victoria or the or the Grand hotel.. how do you rate them ? I stayed at the SmartLine Meridian and it was impressive! I also enjoyed the Glarus cos of its great location and clean rooms and the Largo beach is nice too with clean rooms and a sea view located next to the Glarus
@@travelwithcol4625 it will be the first time at the Grand so I dont know. Grand Victoria was great but got new boss for a few years ago and I think that was bad. New staff and not servicemainded what so ever. Last year we staid a bit closer to Nessebar.

Glarus and Largo beach hotels have a great location! For All inclusive then try the SmartLine Meridian, really nice food there and nice modern big rooms

Do Not pay more than 15 Leva for a T Shirt. Some shops are 10 leva (£4.80) and some 15 leva (£7) but some shops try to overcharge you as a naive tourist and they sell at 30-50 leva which is a rip off. For example if they ask for 40 lev for a t shirt then you should pay 25 lev. If they ask for 50 lev for trainers the You should pay 30 lev. If a taxi asks for 30 lev to Nessebar then that is too much , offer them 15 lev!

No. Bulgarian people are friendly and they enjoy the bartering! The price is advertised higher and you offer lower and normally you get a discount especially if you buy a number of items. They always give me discounts!

@@jonoh5044 there is one shop on Flower St next to the Funny Pub that has the Fake Nike / Adidas trainers 👟 and they are very expensive, I think 100 lev + I found another shop on the prom and I bought a pair for 40 lev after lots of negotiation but the price depends on the make and model. The sole doesn’t last like real ones, they cave in but they still look good. They buy them Cheap from Turkey and take them to Sunny B to sell to the Tourists. If the price is too high walk away and a few days later they reduce the price or find another shop that’s cheaper Jon

There are a number of Aldo Supermarkets here.. is it near to any particular bar or restaurant? I know all the bars and restaurants here
Well it’s in Sunny Beach North just behind the Imperial hotel. You will see the the tour I made ‘Sunny Beach North, the Posh part of Sunny Beach’ and that is where you are staying. It is 25-30 mins walk from Flower street which is city centre, it’s in a quiet area.. you will see the imperial hotel with the statues and your hotel in inland behind it

You do realize that every country has markets like this that are very close together. Even turkey
Sunny beach it tacky as it gets but the UNESCO heritage town of Nessabar is only a couple of miles down the coast and it's much cheaper. Varna in another beautiful Bulgarian city with beaches and thermals baths
