Hey guys, love your works and I do enjoy watching them.
let me explain what is some of the items that you don't know what it is.
1: Milk that you get is daily milk, actually they are not daily but sort of fresh but it's called daily milk so it has richer flavor in it.
2: That milk bottles don't have deposit don't worry.
3: Closest taste to that cheese you can find when you get back to your country is Feta cheese, but it has only available
4: Kaymak is Milk Fat(literally), They sell excess milk fat of skim milk :) in other countries people make butter out of kaymak. (so if you miss that one day, you can buy raw milk and after you boiled raw milk, you can collect the kaymak on milk.)
but I think you guys learn a lot in turkey about our culture and community, most of the information that you give is perfectly right!
If you come back again let me know, I would love to host u guys!.
    Best wishes...

You can take a blue minibus from Kadikoy to get there. It is in Kucukyali area and its like farmer's market. You can find seasonal vegetables and fruits for a better price and it could be a good and colourful experience. It must be like 3 Lira per person to get there and you can say to driver that you are going to "kucukyali pazarı". Have a great time in Istanbul! 🖐

About expire dates of milk, there is 2 types of milk in shops which are "günlük süt" and "uzun ömürlü süt".
"Günlük" means daily and it has less chemicals in it which is the reason why it cant last long but its more natural.
Uzun ömürlü means long lasting and as you can guess it can last long but it is less natural naturally.

i guess the difference is the heat treatment (pasteurization or something like that) at a higher temperature, so that variety can be stored in room temperature (also it tastes sweeter) and the other more regular one goes through the normal process

You missed cheapest water melons of this summer. Istanbul is a bit more expensive than rural. I bought whole 10kgs water melon only for 1 USD. Tomato was 30cents per kg. Eggplant 30cents, lettuce 30cents. lemon was 30 cents/kg in winter.
