[JUNGBUB TALK] Lecture 0093. Home Ownership of Young Adults

Question 1: I am in my 30's, an ordinary salary man and I am trying to save my income as much as I can to buy my own house. However, it’s been not so easy considering my salary and it’s been very stressful. What should I do to buy my own house?
Question 2: The fundamental reason people today wanting to buy a house is because there are normally 2 year contract for taking out a lease, and when there is a contract renewal, the rental fee increases so much that people naturally head down to less satisfying houses. Moreover, most people worry about increase in the real estate price and they think that they will never be able to afford to buy one if they don’t buy one now. As a result, if there is no fundamental solution given to us, what you have taught to never buy a house will sound absurd to us.
