To be honest, i would go for an other camera. The viewfinder is rubbish, not that i need it much but its so small and you just cant use it. the buttons are hard to press, you need to press them with your nails. auto focus is like all panasonic not great but things not far away are going well on auto focus. the problem with the camera i have is actually the manual focus, if you put it in infinity then planes go out of focus and after a few seconds like there is a reset they will be in focus again without i change something. Video options are good and battery last for arround 4 hours. also if you put the camera on a tripod the the bottom buttons are hard to reach, the made the bottom buttons go to the inside instead of going to the outside and that makes it hard to work with.

@@wittebolsproductions5868 Yeah I've heard of these issues before. There's just really no other 4k60 camcorder in this price range unfortunately. BTW: did you update your camera to the latest firmware that came out a few months ago? They changed some stuff about the manual focus. Perhaps that'd help!

​@@That737Driver sadly yes there are not many options. I did the firmware update but did not help my problem. so what i do is, when the planes are far away and auto focus is difficult then i go to manual, once the plane is close enough for auto focus then i switch over to autofocus. the only problem is here the that button to switch is near the zoom and focus ring and that is not a good place when you work with a tripod and the is no option to set it as a custom button on an other place.
