This version here is not from steam because it is running the 1.1 version. But if you want it from steam you can play no problem but it runs on the 1.5 version
No 3rd party program required, If you have cd version, patch to 1.1 or 1.5 (those are the busiest) or get it from steam and it is all patched and ready to go for multiplayer!
