Hello Sir thanks for the video🙏🏻 In all IIT , NITs advertisement I have seen they require PhD with first class in preceeding degree , I don’t have first class in 12th ,Can I still be eligible for Assistant professor ? Thanks
Hello Adnan, thanks for writing. See my suggestion is just apply in every vacancy. You never know which vacancy is for you only. Sometimes institutes ignore the marks when your Phd profile is exactly matching with their job requirements. It is all luck man. You just have to be present at right time right place. Stay positive and keep learning.
We can't say any numbers. It depends on quality. Like you can get job offer with only 1 CVPR but you won't get even shortlisted with 100 normal confrences. I hope you got the point.
But ye sahi nahi hai ki all vacancies are being filled with jugad only. Deserving candidate ko koi rok nahi sakta. Many of my friends and seniors are in IITs without any such jugad.

Best case 3-4 months. If you watch video of NIT recruitment with Dr. Vivek and Dr. Jitendra you will get your answer.
