My 5 1/2 month pregnant ass watching this hard as hell 👁👄👁 my hair only got better after clove/olive oil/tea tree oil blend and has grown at least two inches. 🌚🤌🏾 fear of post pregnancy shedding has placed the fear of retwisting but my texture is 4a/b and pretty easily separated with my 44 locs. I’m not touching it but this ITCHY SCALP GOTTA GOOOOOOO
Your locs are beautiful! Ideally I’d have mine look just like your, unfortunately I have fine/low density hair 😞 so I know they’ll never be as thick as yours. I’m 6 months pregnant with 60 locs and also worried about postpartum hair loss. How many locs do you have?
Oh wow it must have been a decent amount! And no my hair doesn’t shed at all. A double stands fall out in the shower when I was my hair but super minimal. Only think that really comes out is lint and dog hair.
Most oils and rose water dry my hair out and makes it itch. Quite a few people with locs are realizing this. I use a grease on my scalp these days with my locs. Black folks never used so much oil in our lives until recently. 🤷🏾♀️

I thought about starting to brush my locs, but the shedded hair that I noticed in the sink after doing it scared me!!😮😳 Do you experience that?

It’s so interesting how everyones hair/ scalp reacts differently to certain products! I’ve seen other ppl use grease too, what brand do you use?
