I've been a Palm Coast resident since 1992. The exit from I95 to Flagler Beach and A1A is the shortest exit to the Beach on the whole of I95 from Maine to Miami!!! It's only 3 miles!!

It's crazy. In your other Palm Coast video you said everyone was telling you do not tell anyone about Palm Coast. Here you have a pedestrian yelling that in this video. I love your videos, very informative. I love Bay Drive. It reminds me of a hidden gem I used to take my kids to in Melbourne in Brevard to have picnics on the beach when we lived out there. Thank you for sharing. Viewers appreciate you.

@@Alittlelsdy 100%. This town loves to have control of the citizens, despite the growing population. Too many people, and new builds are ruining their neighbors houses.

Great video. I was in Palm Coast interviewing for a job about 20 years ago before I decided to settle in South Florida. I remember it was beautiful back at that time also.

Thank you so much for this video. I'm hoping to move to the area one day and the beaches look beautiful. And definitely not busy at all compared to the Clearwater area. I love the quaintness!

This is not a quaint town at all. It's a booming town with too many storage units and car washes. Nothing is vintage or well-established feeling and they constantly plow forests to throw apartments and condos haplessly throughout the town (builders have bought most of the politicians). Great location for exploring the area, though. More affordable than St Augustine and nicer/less busy than Daytona. HOA-level restrictions on the entire town are frustrating though

What is the flood risk in the different developments?

Very interested in moving to the palm coast. Living down in South Florida, have my condo for sale, and looking to buy a house . Price range 280 to 300

There are homes priced in this range now and prices seem to be dropping a bit as well.

I scored a 2K sq ft house in that range. It was as-is, and I've had to do updating, but there are houses in that range that are smaller. Please don't order a new build though, they're ruining the town.

Beach access is very limited!!!!! The most unfriendly place on earth!

Flagler Beach is a really cool vintage beach town next door. Hopefully it stays that way despite the Margaritaville hotel getting built in the center of town.

Compost a/k/a Palm Coast. The most unfriendly city and place to live around. Code enforcement is unbelievable bitching about everything under the sun. You can imagine. Permitting an impact fees are ridiculous. The water rates are ridiculous. There’s nothing to do in the city unless you like to golf or taking nature trail or go to the beach. The infrastructure was not designed for this population that currently exist so it’s miserable just trying to navigate around. Palm Coast has some of the highest gas prices in the state. Do yourself a favor go to St Augustine.
