    Palm Coast, Fl. Full Vlog Tour. Thinking about moving to Palm Coast Florida? This North Florida city located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach has a lot to offer from being close to beautiful Florida beaches to lots of parks, golfing and many home styles to choose from. Homes range from starter homes to luxury homes. Some are gated and some homes are on salt water canals that have Intracoastal Waterway access. Over 3000 businesses are located in this North Florida city. Plenty of shops and restaurants. A rare experience is to be able to horseback ride on the beach. I show that in this video. After I visited to film this video I see what all the excitement is about and why people are relocating from Florida and the rest of the country to Palm Coast Florida. If you are looking to relocate to Palm Coast, reach out to my group at (904) 699-6169 or NorthFloridaLiving@outlook.com. Living in Florida is like living on vacation.

    Visited Palm Coast in March 2022 (Biker week, though did not travel there for it.) Wonderful place. This is the best video of the area I have seen.

    This is the best palm coast video. In fact, this is one of the best videos I've seen showcasing any city in Florida. I've been researching Palm Coast for a while in anticipation of my return to the United States next spring. Ill reach out to you at that time as I think you'd be a great agent to work with in my home search.

      Everywhere in Florida has grown a lot now. Palm Coast does have a lot to offer even with the growth.

    Those lots are very expensive! In SW Florida they are not that high unless on water with a dock ! Usually in wooded they are $17,000 !

    How is the crime there?

      Hi Devin. As a Realtor I can not provide those stats. Palm Coast contracts their public safety with the Flagler County Sheriff's Office. I would refer you to them for any public safety information. They would either provide that to you or direct you to web sites with that information. Thanks.

    Crazy townwide rules like no commercial vehicle or a simple landscaping trailer etc makes palm coast non starter.
    A guy who works as an electrician or plumber can’t have his own company truck in his OWN driveway.
    They even have a website to report people
    Really?!?! Who wants to live like that?

    • @NorthFloridaLiving
      @NorthFloridaLiving  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is what a lot of people want. Over 300 homes sold in the last 30 Days in Palm Coast Florida. You would need to live in an unincorporated part of the county. Even then you still need to check with zoning before your offer or during the inspection period. I get a lot of people who call wanting to buy vacant land and live in an RV or buy a large shed and make it a mini house. Not allowed in most counties, even if unincorporated.

      @@NorthFloridaLiving the problem is people live like ants on tiny lots. A guy who happens to own a company with a logo on the side of his vehicle as not allowed is just ridiculous.
      Many folks have small trailers for moving items/yard work around the house or god-forbid in FL a boat. Not everything is an eye sore......
      When a city has a website for turning in your neighbor for having something in their driveway that doesn't seem healthy.
      Anyone who has toys or needs more space probably won't like Palm Coast

      @@NorthFloridaLiving the hot housing market is going to come to an end....... housing is in trouble then add on the insurance issues and the new condo inspection laws.
