We close on our house in Palm Coast FL on March 30th. We are leaving Orlando because it is too over crowded . Palm Coast looks just like this and more. So much natural beauty and beaches, parks, and nature trails. The houses are so affordable there and a lot of great builders.

I just rented a house in palm coast for the end of may! I’m so excited! It’s my first time! We’re spending a week there and aside from the BEAUTIFUL beaches, I’d like nerdy historical stuff lol! Any ideas?

We're looking at Ormond and Palm Coast. Do you prefer Palm Coast over Ormond? We're moving from the west coast of Fla. to your area by summer! Wanting to find the nicest area. Your video is very upbeat, fun and educational. Thank you so much!

Honestly, I would prefer Ormond Beach. It has nicer white beaches, beautiful downtown area, very nice shopping center and good restaurants. I love ormond downtown. We dont have that in palm coast. In flagler beach, if it is high tide there is no beach.
The entire city of palm coast is one big hoa with many restrictions, a coastal community you cannot put your boat, rv and trailer in the drive way. Everyhing needs a permit. It is a quiet cute little town but they have strict rules.
