This is a great pattern. I am using it for a scarf. Looks lovely but is easy enough to not have to concentrate too much. Nice to do in front of the tv.
I've been watching your beautiful videos for over a year now. I haven't knitted anything in over 25 years, and the only stitches I ever knew were K & P. I think I am finally ready to take the plunge and begin with this pattern. There are so many I want to try eventually, but this pattern looks so easy that I believe I can do it, brush up on those rusty skills, and even learn the continental style, which I believe looks so streamlined and fast. gorgeous Whenever I DO get my first project completed, I will be sure to post a picture on your instagram - after i figure out how to use that also! LOL! Thanks again, 'Ms.Woolly'
I like your voice so much. My husbands family is from the Philippines and your accent sounds a bit like theirs. SO nice! I'm a verrry new knitter and am in the process of my first scarf. I can't believe I can do it. Can you suggest the very next thing for me to make? Also, which stitch pattern should I try? I think I can do the knit and purl stitches. Thank you!
Looks lovely. I can’t wait to try it! I will be making a striped scarf in two colors. Would I just knit or Purl the rows where I change colors? Thank you!
I love this and want to use it but not sure how to Bind off even after watching the video about binding off as stitch presents itself. Do I Knit 3 slip first stitch over 2 stitches, sl1wyif pass first stitch over 2 stitches?
My mom taught me continental style because she's from Europe and she would always say it's the "correct" way to knit 😂 but I must say it is way more comfortable.
I am a beginner knitter and really like doing this pattern. However, being a beginner, I have moments I need to start over and unravel. How do I do this with the purl/slip knits? Thank you for everything!
Could you kindly give a tutorial for a hat to match this scarf ( for a toddler 4 years old ) I would like to make a set for my grandson . Thanks in advance
Nice, thanks! For me it's difficult to follow the stitches cause of the dark yarn color. I'd like to see light colors like the light blue shown at first picture. This was the reason why I tried, but sadly it was dark green. I am not the only one with bad eyes I guess. Can you, please, be so nice to think of it next times? A big thx therefore.
It is so helpful to watch your videos, however it would be even more helpful if you could do 4 rows instead of 2. Somehow, i knit the same as you do, but it doesn't look like yours. Obviously, i am doing something wrong. Thaks so much
Wow, another fabulous video tutorial! Thanks again, Caroline, for sharing your tutorials with us!

Thank you! What do you mean? Measurements for…?
So will row 1&3 be the same pattern and 2&4?
Hi, which size needle should I use?
It depends on the yarn. Normally, the size suggested on the label would work 😉
Love the pattern. How can I get a written pattern in English.
Thank you! Just visit my website: sowoolly.net/new-two-row-repeat-knitting-stitch-perfect-for-knitting-scarves-no-purling-required/
Thank you♥️
What size knitting needle did you use please . ?
I have just finished a scarf in this pattern. Is there a beanie pattern to match?
Would you knit the hat in the round or back and forth? And which size?

No
@@KDfromMI So how do I Bind Off?
@@wulfcwen As usual -- knit each knit stich, purl each slipped stich (it presents as a purl stitch), and bind off each stich as you go, like normal
@@KDfromMI Thanks for explaining what I need to do to bind off 🙂
@@wulfcwen You’re welcome

How do I knit this stitch in the round
If I have 100 stitiches and I do K2 and then slip over stitch not purl, and continue K2, how will the pattern be?

Hi Carolina, could this stitch replace standard ribbing? Does it have memory or does it eventually stay stretched out?
Where can i find the pattern please?

I find it very hard to knit with dark colours especially dark blue and black.
@@trishb5738 This is why I hope next time I'll be lucky and she uses light colored yarn. Thanks!
Sorry, but how is this a dark colour...
@@aleksandraswift3282 dark green for me is a dark colour. You didn't knit with light blue like shown in the little pic…

i did 31 stitches first row does not work out? it finishes completing the 3 stitches what's going on?
If you start the row with K3, and then repeat sl1, K3 to end, you won’t have extra stitches

Hello
Thanks for the lovely explanation
But what about when I am knitting in a hat in circular needles, what can I do
Best regards
Okey
👍👍❤🌷
Thank you 😊
Can I ask there are not in Spanish?
I give it only ⭐ because it's easy to work but when done it looks like a crochet rib pattern (I'm not a fan of crochet so it's a non cute)
🤔
Thank you!
