Sarah, I couldn’t agree with your review more. I’ve got a 2019 Charger Scat Pack, and I love it. It was so much fun the first time I took my friends out to lunch. I said “I’ll drive, I’ve got a 4 door sedan, so everybody will fit”. They knew something was up when I hit the start button and the car rocked to the right when the engine started. Simply an amazing car that does everything I want it to!
The sound of the exhaust alone.....whew. I could listen to that all day.
It's so much nicer then on stock 5.7 Rams

I was thinking you could get a dirt cheap Magnum and put a hellcrate in it for 16k and 4k if you need a transmission. Then labor.....

@@negusibe9232 My brother had a 1978 Magnum. Had a 360 V8 with that crappy lean burn emissions system. Also still had leaf springs in the rear! I had a 2006 Magnum in midnight blue. That wagon got so much attention. Problem with the Magnum though was it's lousy, cheap looking interior. I mean, the door armrests and the middle armrest wasn't even padded! I spent big bucks adding aftermarket chrome trim pieces and armrest cushions to try to make the interior look a little more upscale. That's what killed the Magnum: cheap looking interior and lack of advertising. Oh, and lack of a manual transmission option probably didn't help either. It's like after the first year, Dodge stopped advertising it. I had my Magnum until 2011 and people were still coming up to me sometimes and asking me "what is it?" because they didn't know what it was. Many people that heard of the Magnum probably don't even know that you could get them in AWD also.
So this is not the Hemi and only has 8 spark plugs???? If so I'm buying it. Changing 16 plugs sucks.
I definitely bring the Magnum back on my channel did a charger conversion on one now Workin on a new one.
In my view, your reviews are some of the most useful out there. I come away from them with a better sense of what the car would be like in regular use and of whether I'd _enjoy_ having one. That's not really that common a thing with automotive presenters, but it's a knack you share with people like Henry Catchpole and Chris Harris. Good stuff...
I have this exact car, except for all black interior. I upgraded from a 2013 RT Daytona, and this is by far the best purchase and birthday present to myself ever!

I would love to see another Magnum with a scatpack. I prefer the Charger, I have a family and this is easier with the 6 year old. That transmission is great, I have it in my 2020 Ram Rebel with Hemi, the shifts are so smooth up and down, the exhaust sounds amazing. You need to review the Rebel if have not already.

I have the 2019 WB scatpack challenger. This widebody on the charger is awesome. If I knew FCA was gonna give the charger scatpack a widebody, I would’ve waited and gotten that. Both platforms are great in their own ways
Why would prefer the charger? I’m thinking about getting a challenger scat pack. Like the looks and kids are grown. So won’t use back seat often.
@@my11bagger my kids are 10 and 12 so they're growing. They fit perfect in the back for now but not for long. So the charger would've been more suitable in my situation

@@deviantarsenal I put a Flowmaster 40 on mine. Random people have approached me to ask about my exhaust. If you haven't done anything, I highly suggest just replacing the factory muffler with the FM40.

People always think chargers can't corner. My 2008 Daytona takes the corners like nothing!! You don't want to mess around when its wet outside though. Great video.
I sold my 2017 scat pack a few months back. Bought it used and I loved the car, could never get the launch control to function properly but other than that great car. Was looking to get a hellcat or maybe even classic. This video makes me want another charger

Its magical how Chrysler gets these cars to perform.... and the personality that oozes from them is intoxicating.

Wagon would be great, but I'd settle for a manual transmission. Love the charger, and having a stick to play with would be the cherry on top!

Yes they should have never discontinued them the Magnum wagon. There has never been a “Badder” looking wagon ever made. Scat Pack Magnum!! I have a 06 Chrysler 300 SRT 8 , purchased new. Metallic Black, sun roof, loaded. Just turned 10,000 original miles. MINT! I like the last generation Magnum. Has the best looking front end.

MAGNUM WAGON! I just purchased an 06 with the very little 2.7L. Wife loves it! I keep teasing her about doing a motor swap to a 4.7(because I want to be different than everyone else AND no one has done that). Keep the content coming!
I Loved The Daytona, R/T & The Scat Pack Because Of The 6.4L HEMI V8 Cylinder & The 5.7L HEMI V8 Cylinder & The 6 Speed Manual Transmission Is The Best,But The Automatic Transmission Is Faster.

that'd basically be a 6.4l magnum that's what we're all clamoring for. i personally think that what fca is unnecessarily doing for the durango, they should have done for the reborn magnum. the magnum is lighter. they would've elicited even much better performance numbers from the magnum.

As somebody who bought two four door Chargers.. and then a brand new Dodge Challenger in Hemi orange I have to say the Challenger is the best!! Real muscle cars are two doors not for indoors LOL.. however Dodge did a good job with this. Excellent video as always Sarah!!!
