    thanks . i really got a lot of knowledge without a sales pitch. i am looking to clean out my ponds in retirement and maybe mow some swampy areas ,so i need ground clarence and a bigger bucket on a backhoe . after watching i am leaning toward the 2601 as the smaller one seems more like a handyman machine

    Great video! It would be awesome if you did a video comparing BH70 vs K008-3. Specs, price…

    Does the B2601 have the skid steer quick attach on the loader?

    I tried them both, and decided to go with a TYM T25 instead. That said, the Kubota sound better... The TYM hydrolic feel like it screaming all the time. I did notice smoother movement on stop on the hydraulic tools compare to TYM, but maybe the the wheel had balace and the TYM tire were not fill enough... Or the Kubota is much better on that front. The TYM T25 was be able to do much slower movement of the bucket than the Kubota... It was impressive how slow it can go. The Kubota had more room to get both feet in (I wear size 14), and the TYM T25 the engine goes pretty much between your leg. Which is why the Kubota have a adjustable stearing wheel level that the TYM doesn't since it closer already. I felt the Kubota Power steering was much smoother and felt like butter to drive compare to the TYM T25. One advantage of the TYM T25 is you can have a cabin on it, and your backhoe have it dedicated seat. So not turning of the seat to use backhoe or tractor (Which mean you could be 2 operator if you need to do lot of small movement).
    In the end, I selected the TYM T25 because of price and the increased capability. Also, I've seen a lot more people complain about issues with the Kubota tractors than the TYM. One thing that come back a lot in my search is Kubota have a combine hydraulic front loader connection, which make the connection and disconnection easy, but they seem to be leaking for a lot of people, and since it a single unit, you pretty much end up having to replace the whole unit, compare to the TYM which have individual quick connect. And since I don't think I will ever remove the front loader unless I do engine maintenance, that single quick connect is worth less for me. Kubota huge advantage was the 0% financing (but the price is increased by a few thousands in the price in the first place, so it not really 0% in the end, but if the overall machine price feel good, then not having to pay extra on interest feel really good.

      i searched for starters and alternators for tym vs kubota on ebay, kubota like 220 starters, tym like 2 or 3. Not to mention tym has 3 different engines in 3 years. I said nope and went kubota.

    Which unit do I need to step to in order to get the cab with a/c and have a backhoe and what price

    • @andysworld2188
      @andysworld2188 ปีที่แล้ว

      Kubota Lx2610 (was previously called B2650) is the first model to offer a cab. That is on between B2601 and L2501. It's the same tractor i have and love it. When they made that tractor they were trying to give it the work capabilities of the "L'"series tractors but keep the small wheel base and low weight of the: "B" series so you can have big tractor work in a small tractor that won't tear up the yard. As far as price i got mine in 2018 so a lot has changed since then. Also i had started out with the smaller BX and when that was paid off i turned it in and upgraded to 2 sizes bigger. And since the cab was available i bought it. I paid 84 months and it came to $50 a month. I only regretted it for maybe 20 seconds after delivery when i realized it was ¼" too tall to fit in the garage. You might get lucky but it is a common complaint for standard 7ft garage door

    Kubota needs to get their act together and take the design aspects of these smaller backhoes and incorporate them on the larger ones. I have a BH77 attached to my L2501 and the controls are terrible. Hit your thighs when using them. I don't know why they can't put the longer control levers on it. It would be a huge improvement. I've contacted Kubota directly about it but all they say is "we'll pass it to engineering." Really? How much engineering needs to be done to lengthen the control levers so they don't hit your thighs?

    Any backhoe needs at least 30. Hp . These are home owner machines. Best backhoe is a used jd 110 25000.00.

    I can tell "turboearl" has never run one of these. I own a 25D TLB and the things that tractor will do will amaze you. We have transformed our landscape, done innumerable jobs for neighbours not the least of which is a 6-foot deep, 40 to 50 foot long trench building a flood protection wall. During the last flood, it moved thousands of sandbags to protect a neighbours house and removed them when the danger passed. That tractor has become a neighbourhood resource. Junk product?? Junk comment.

      @@turboearl Junk comment, junk operator. Kubota has sold thousands of these tractors and owners love them. Maybe it's just that you are an incompetent operator and the tractor is just fine. Now, say something nasty and we can end this. And watch out for the Black Eyed Peas Earl.

    Why would they make a less than an optimal seat for the more expensive unit? That just sounds very illogical. When you spend more money, 25% more, you expect better.
