I came close. Used a PS2 adapter to buy pass the USB port it would only allow a mouse to be used, but I managed to use the onscreen keyboard to put my password in. Longs story short I got in but still couldn't get the USB ports working I tried to restore the system but ended up in a boot loop and decided to just replace the Drive and put WIN 11 direct on it. Good luck
Very helpful. I was installing a new pc and managed to foul things up ending up with a login screen with no way of entering a password. None of the fixes worked but I was able to use the reset pc option to reload windows11 and everything went ok thereafter.
This did not work for me. I am trying to sign in to my new laptop, which I got into yesterday, but when I hit sign in on my user account, it just kicks me back to the home screen. I don't think I set up a password or pin, so it shouldn't be blocking me from signing in. But it just keeps kicking me.
Not working. Computer is stuck on welcome screen. Ctl alt del does nothing. It all started bcz I had to shut down cpu directly while setting up new ups
Another thing you can try is on the startup screen, you can press tab multiple times until it starts to accept the password. Steps: 1. Press TAB. 2. Try typing Password. 3. If the password box does not appear, repeat step 1-2. 4. If the password box appears and shows the text ur typing, then put in the full password and press enter.
I trying many ways and followed up and followed up many videos like this but nothing worked to get the password prompt.. finally I have to reinstall windows 11
@@overryde113 i've fix it by adding another user as admin using cmd, then i copied the files from other user easy, you just need to open the cmd on the sign in page there's a lot of ways on youtube
