- Finally got my chance to do the Front Window View 1st time on LIRR M3! I love these old classic cars, reminds me the good ol days in the past!
Ride on LIRR Ronkonkoma Branch Train 2152 Afternoon Peak Rush Hour from Penn Station only goes to Farmingdale Station.

Nice! Unfortunately, that service pattern doesn’t run anymore.
This is probably my favorite train to watch go by.
Btw: 2152 no longer calls at Woodside (as of Monday 11/20/23), now Woodside passengers have to use #2760 to Far Rockaway from Grand Central to Jamaica, and transfer.
About 16:38, travels over the White Pot Underjump.
5:47 - Do the *blue lights* in the tunnel mean anything special?
And this train no longer runs!
How long before the M3 is retired from service?
Not exactly sure, the delivery of new M9's got delayed so M3's are staying til more new M9's comes.
@@BrandonRailProductions I will take your word for it, after all back in the 1960s the Long Island Railroad still had electric commuter trains from the 1920s ! We lived near the main line in Queens to Pennsylvania R.R station in Midtown Manhattan. 😁😊
