When I was younger my dad Always used black tea in my hair he would fill a cup up with the tea and insert the hair brush and brush my hair. back then my hair was very thick and fully long. I never knew the reason for it tho.

Yes, but you have to carefully eggs contain proteins. Too much proteins can also damage hair
