But you had me rolling when you mentioned how complex some DIY hair growth treatments can be.🤣 I was just seeping fresh rosemary in hot water, and it has worked beautifully, but after watching this I'll add a green tea bag to the rosemary.

If your reading this everyone your hair is growing it's just you want retention longer hair and the only thing will work is if you take care of your split ends. Stop getting a trim when someone tells you you need one. Trim only when u need too. If we trimmed all the time for longer hair we would have had long hair a long time ago.
There's 3 sections to take care of on our head
      1. The root
      2. The mid
      3. The ends

I recently began using oat water( boil 1/4 cup rolled oats in 2 cups water, strain, add 1tsp raw honey ) I rub it all throughout my hair and let it sit for 10 minutes, rinse. my hair has been growing like you wouldn’t believe. I do this honestly twice a week it works so well.

😂😂 allow it to infuse for 1 million years . New subbie
I started mixing green tea and fermented rice water and onion juice. N use it with conditioner as a pre poo on was day. I also do scalp massages a few times a week. I only recently started this like couple months ago… but u cut my hair to apx shoulder length Feb and by November it’s back past bra strap. Just back taking care of my hair n far less breakage and damage. And I go back to washing / detangling my hair by two weeks. My hair would be too dry n tangled by 4 weeks in a protective style but do what works for you. I’m creeping up on waist length
