You Won't Believe What's in This Box at a Rummage Sale!

  • This is why I recommend opening every box at yard sales, rummage sales, or thrift stores! You never know what could be in these mystery boxes!
    Today I found some amazing things to resell on eBay and Amazon FBA. At a garage sale I found something very valuable for a dollar I can sell on eBay. I also went to a church rummage sale and found over a thousand in profits. It turned out to be the best garage sale haul of the year! Reselling can be very profitable if you know what to buy and sell. Consider flipping your finds locally on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace.

    //WHO AM I?
    I'm Wick and I am a reseller for a living. I find things at garage sales, thrift stores, and even clearance at retail stores to sell. I do online arbitrage, retail arbitrage, and buy locally. While the majority of my business is done through Amazon FBA, I also sell on eBay or anywhere else I can flip the junk that I find.
    I also trade stocks and futures, do affiliate marketing, and Merch by Amazon to make money online. My goal is to live a free life away from the typical 9-5 job.

    //FAQ
    Q: What Apps do you use to sell online (eBay and Amazon)?
    A: I search the eBay sold and completed listings to get an idea of what products are selling for. I use the Amazon Seller App to scan for FBA.
    Q: Can you make a living selling online?
    A: Yes, the difficulty is based on how much effort you put in and how much you need to make each month. I do this full time.
    Q: Where do you find your clearance products to resell?
    A: Literally everywhere. Check end caps and look for clearance aisles, but mostly it will be mixed in. Ask a manager if there's any good clearance deals and build a relationship if possible.
    Q: Do you make a full-time living selling online?
    A: I do. All my bills are covered, I'm able to save a good amount, and put money back into the business. I also do other things to make money, but reselling is the meat. It takes a lot of work and dedication to make a full-time living reselling.

    Great NES find! Went to a sale a few months ago on a Sunday, the third day of the sale and was talking to lady for a while and she told me she had some old Nintendo junk inside. She proceeds to bring out a NES system with 47 games! Got them all for $20. Most had manuals. It happens, just not very often. Its what keeps me on the hunt!

I lost my mind haha. I still have those sets because having the SNES in the box especially is just so cool. I think I'll look into selling them soon though. Look for vintage camera lenses.. Canon FD in particular can be insane money and people get rid of them not knowing that they have appreciated a lot since dad/grandad bought them in the 80s. It is items that many think is worthless due to the advance of technology because surely their cell-phone camera must be better in every way.. can't even upload to tiktok on those old things.

    Ive been finding absolutely no game items whatsoever in like 5-6 months its insane. Garage sales arent going at all yet and even in peak time not very many in my area. My goodwill, savers, and little thrift shops are super on point with making sure they get top doller for game stuff. But savers has one weak spot. They ussualy dont know what little video game accessories are and just price them cheap. Like for instance game shark for 2.99 gameboy advance transfer cables guitar hero dongles. Stuff like that. So small accessories are the only game stuff i find and even those i havent found anything in like 6 months. Idk if they caught on and put it up front behind the glass were i dont look or if its just bad luck or what. Just in general past couple months havent had any like big hauls with a ton of good stuff. Seems like ive been coming home 1-5 items everyday for like 2 months stright. Always seemed like id have a super good week or 2 stright then slow not good week or 2 and on off. But past 2 months just depressing. So to see your trip were you killed it in a bunch of different categories got me jelous.

    been picking for about 2 years now at estates and have not found any games like that and that cheap. Closest was attari and sega master system games and I had to buy them either becasue i was first in line or i called ahead to reserve the games. Usually that doesnt work anyway because others will either find them first or they wont reserve the games for you.

    • @johannadam3183
      @johannadam3183 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@KevinDurantisnot Some estates sellers are just giving things away. Recently went to an estate that was free and found 2k worth of vintage clothing for free(rock band tees and made in usa tees). At another estate paid 50 cents for a $600 item and $1 for two different $200 items. Church sales are usually the best places to still find things like these. About 4 years ago there were still n64 games. Just recently I found hand held games from the 70s at one. They are usually at these types of sales because church members go " i just remembered i have some junk I dont need that can be used as donatons". And since the church got them for free they turn around and sell things for a dollar or two also to help out those in need. This is why you saw $15 for the whole box.
