    These are brilliant Keoni. I am 65 years old and I enjoy these workouts every day. My 11 year old granddaughter (who has dance lessons) when possible joins me and we have fun together. Thank you for your hard work in putting these together much appreciated 😊

      Leftand210 I’m 300 plus pounds with a bad knee and back. I used to do Leslies Video, but the knee lifts used to hurt. Keoni videos are awesome and simple. Trust me, do what you can do everyday and you’ll be up to 10K steps in no time.

    Love the new routine. Got a bit lost around 1550 steps but soon pulled it back. Already got 3 routines in my playlist and now this one makes it over an hour! My gym membership is frozen until it’s safe a to return, at this rate I won’t need it😊

    Made it through 7, 8, 9, and 10 today along with about 20 minutes of weights, stretches and some Ab work. Noticing the difference in my endurance and starting to see some body changes!     I am an older woman and I just found you a few weeks ago. These workouts are great. I can modify easily follow you I have to say I did have to get use to no speaking but your cues are good and I can follow. Luv the split screen I did try the harder versions. And of course the kittens give me a smile during my workout. Keep up the good work

    Love, love, love your videos!!! They are so easy to follow unlike other videos that have complicated moves that uncoordinated people like me can't follow along. And, your personality is so upbeat!
    I am right there with others that would like 5,000 and 10,000 step videos. I have a desk job and find it difficult to get my 10,000 steps a day if I don't do a walking video.

    Wow at last!!! Pinoy! Been working out using Lucy and Leslie videos and I'm glad I found your videos recently. They're very enjoyable and easy to follow! They always make me smile! Yes, your smile is contagious and my daughters say you look like Noah Centineo. Ha ha di ko kilala, pang millenial yata yung Noah. 🤣🤣🤣 And....ang cuuuuute ng mga pusaaaaa!!!
