    This is my first time here. This made me smile. I turned fifty six a few days ago. It is early and I can't sleep. Stressed out about a lot of stuff. I opened my you tube page and I saw thus. I am going to try these workouts. I like how he modifies them for different physical capabilities.

    I just turned 63 and love these. I have some neck and spine issues and these really work great for me. I do appreciate the modifications.I have to say with all that is going on in the world you do have a calming vibe that I really need right now. Looking forward to working out with you every day!

    Sometimes I use weights & sometimes I don't. When I do like today, I grunt with the effort, and appreciate that you share your grimaces and muscle pounding after a set. You're one of us when you struggle, too!

    Wow, I felt that, even without weights for my first time through. Look forward to adding them some days. Chair helped for balance, and I need it for quad stretch (putting foot on the seat & pressing hip forward), since these 65-year-old knees can't bend that far! Love your workouts, so glad I found your channel!

    Wow! I’ve got strong legs and do a lot of squats but you were killing my thighs by the end of this workout with those pulses!Putting it in my favorites so I can do it over and over until it no longer hurts

    Thank you for these exercises I love doing them some days I add them up and do 5000 steps then do the weights , your happy smile and your cats makes the workout even more fun. Please don’t stop I’ve tried several work out videos but yours are the best and most enjoyable

    I've tweaked how I use weights with these leg moves, where I'm resting the weights on top of my thighs for the plie squats, and doing the side and back lifts with a dumbbell resting against the leg. I thought the extra resistance might help build muscular strength and bone density. Your thoughts, Keoni? (I don't try anything with the lunges, since I have to focus on balance!)
