I have a copy of Greater and Lesser keys of Solomon and can honestly say, nothing has happened to me. I have also seen the Codex Gigas in Sweden and found it fascinating
Codex Gigas is really cool! It's in a vault within a vault! Next to it is a touch screen to scroll through a digital version of it. The Greater and Lesser keys I bought at Barnes & Noble... lol
To quote the great C.S. Lewis “There are two equal and opposite errors into which our race can fall about the devils. One is to disbelieve in their existence. The other is to believe, and to feel an excessive and unhealthy interest in them.” As one who is seeking a PHD in Theology with a focus on Demonology I would echo his sentiment here.
The "Gospel of Satan"? that means "the good news of the adversary (or accuser)" hardly a frightening title. Hollywood has really skewed our views of the unseen realm.
Dr Zeus was weird. His books made no sense, I believe he was foisted to the forefront to dumb down kids with his nonsense. It never occurred to me in my 20s and I really tried to read them to my children believing the hype but I could never quite get into them and my children thought they were rubbish! How did these rubbish books become so iconic? Same as every other big corp/company/auther…… via msm!! In my 50s I see that it’s all a con. I read a Karen slaughter book written in 2018 she somehow, just happened to have written a story about a lovely woman who just happened to be working on “life saving vaccines” for the CDC. The story was written in a way that promoted the CDC as THE authority when it came to disease!! …….. right before a pandemic in 2019/2020 and a new experimental vaccine was pushed onto us! Predominately read by women in their 40/50s to subliminally plant the msg that people who make vaccines are wonderful kind people and to listen to the CDC……. No way is that a coincidence!! These “authors” are given a story , the plot and certain words and character traits to turn into a story then the NY times will place it on a list for book shops to promote! And boy did they promote dr Zeus! Same for films, pearl harbour film was epic, and just happened to be shown 7 months before 911….. after pearl harbour the military had the biggest influx of new recruits it had ever seen……. Fresh men newly trained ready for Iraq! Coincidence? Never!
