Hello mate great you came to say hi... Did you get any photos.. have to come out and meet me another time.. Maybe join us on the Landscape Vlogtography Adventures group on FB
@@paulcomptonpdphotography Thanks Paul, I think the best shot I got that morning was the cows down in the farm. When I went down, they were licking my car as it was salt~ 🤣
I don't get upset, a bit disappointed maybe. Like this arvo there was some amazing clouds about but by the time I got the camera sorted, got in the car and drove to a reasonable foreground (only about 15mins away) the clouds I wanted were gone. Didn't get a photo. So go back to town and console myself with a nice coffee from a fave cafe. Disappointed but not upset. You live in an amazing landscape environment and I'm a bit envious.
Another excellent location with views in any direction. You're also beginning to pre-visualize the IR shots. Some crackin' photo's and most of all an enthusiasm boost.
Never tire of seeing the Peak District. Pity you weren't where the cloud inversion was but I'm sure you will get that shot of Chrome Hill in the mist at some point in the future. Great images nonetheless and another cracking vlog. 📷👏👏
Hi Paul i also purchased a infrared camera after watching Thomas heaton you are correct in saying it really does reboot your interest in photography highly recommended it another great video 👍
Excellent video this morning Paul, I thought the first images were great, you can't always get a stunner all the time. The IR images especially at 24.02, 25.44, 26.17, and the end images especially were superb. Thanks for taking the time once again, it's greatly appreciated.
That was such a lovely place and your photos were very good. The infrared shots were great, I loved the big tree on its own and as for the dead tree……you were right ….WOW! Those shots of it were stunning, I loved that look of it standing out against the black sky.. cracking video Paul, you come up with the goods in the most unexpected of times, cheers 😁👍
My last outing, i was very disappointed, not with the location or the light or the weather. That morning, i took delivery of a brand new ultra wide angle lens ( the only new lens i have bought in a long time ). Got to my location after a 100 mile drive, set up and my camera would not turn on, changed the battery and it was the same, so i had no option but to drive back home without taking a shot. i charged the batteries and the camera still would not turn on, so i changed the lens and it worked perfect. A brand new lens was faulty
I am enjoying the infrared photography mixed with the normal. There is a problem though, you are making me want to have my old camera changed over to infrared. More money spent.
