- You can add multiple locations on your Google business profile by adding a new listing. When you create a new Google business profile, you are essentially starting from scratch and creating a new entity. None of the reviews carryover into the new listing. None of the authority is carried over to the new business profile either. So you can have multiple Google business profile but they will sit at separate entities as far as reviews and authority.

All right here's your direct answer.. you need to follow all three steps for Google verification video.. you need to unlock your car video tape unlocking your car.. you need to have inside your vehicle like your business stuff whether it's business cards something with your business address on it.. I use like a case that holds all my files in it like gas receipts, purchases, so you've got like a folder thing with your business receipts in it have that on the passenger seat.. the third thing they want to see are your business tools...
Step one videotape the street sign or the intersection close to where you live.. does verification is if you're not using a pin and you're not showing your house as your business residence or your business location.. if you're trying to put a pin on the map they're going to want you to have business signage on your house.
Okay so back to step One videotape the street sign show the street sign and then walk over to your car unlock the car open the door show your business stuff then go around to the trunk open up the trunk show your business tools done deal you'll get verified in about 20 minutes

How can Google not understand that small businesses can have multiple locations and make it easier??? We set up separate profiles for the locations but they have slightly different names and then decided to create a new google account for the last business and it is proving impossible to transfer ownership to the new gmail account. They want us to verify again!!!! I'm about ready to just delete the other locations and forget it. Stupid Google doesn't make Google services easy for small businesses.
Can you put your business name, then a dash, and then your city? Example: Speedy Roofers - Seattle and Speedy Roofers - Tacoma
Have the same question. Take a look at Zerorez on google maps, they adding different city names. But this guy says it has to be exactly the same.

Hi there! I tried to add a second location to my existing Google My Business, but after I went through the process it said "You already own a business with the same name." Then it took me to my existing business profiles, but I can't add a second location to that profile since there is already a location on there. What could I be doing wrong?
What if you want the google business profile to be named "Company XYS - Sales Rep Name"...is that possible? I see real estate and mortgage companies doing that successfully but how?

If you had a new location does it affect your main location and erase it or the reviews or anything like that?
Can you keep the same business number for two different google business locations with separate addresses if you only use one cell phone number for the company.
Hey @minnmediax thank you for your vids. I embrace the strict changes as I believe it will help legit local business and get rid of the spammers and nationwide brokers gaming gmb system. With that said I had a question: We have a home service business with an established gmb in one city and just rented another yard/location 15 miles away. Our current location allow walk in customers but the new location does not. Would you set up the "new" location to our profile as described in your video? FYI this is a legit location that we could livestream proof etc... Thank you!
can you have the same phone number or does it have to be a different phone number from the original business location ?

Hey brother thanks for the video but I have a very serious and genuine question. Actually I have a business which is Franchisee based. Basically I provide franchisees of my business. So I want to ask that I use my brand logo as display name and with the firm/business name of the other person (franchisee) on the board (Display banner Board on the head of the store), so can this make a confusion for the verification of the business because the store name is different and the company name is different (the brand logo). If yes then how can we solve this problem. Please help me out ASAP. Thanks
Thank you for the video! Is it possible to create another google business profile for a separate service of your company without creating an actual new llc. We took over a suite next to our current location and want to have another name we are doing business as next door to separate the service.

This is brutal. Just spent my entire day driving 200 miles north to set up our new location away from our main one to discover that the UPS box I just reserved for a year wont work... So you are telling me I really have to lease space and have signage to get verified?
I just attempted to add a new location as you instructed on Google My Business Profile. I put in the same business name and category and then filled out address. And got an email from Google saying it was suspended due to violation. I think the violation - may be that in the email Google sent me the address is not the same as the one I imputed into the address field. It is missing the name of the town. It just has street name and no and no postcode,. Anyhow i have appealed by giving my ABN and asking them to ring me to verify as my mobile is the same as is what is listed on my existing Google business profile. Any clues about appealing would be helpful - I should have just hired you :) Very frustrating- lets see how I go...ill let you all know.

Can you please create a video on taking listing completely off the maps, I mean deleting from maps. Current videos don't help achieve this!
