We had an issue where uploading kept failing (7 times in a row to be exact). I then discovered that I had location services turned off for google, maps, my chrome and safari browsers, etc. So make sure you have location services enabled at least for the process of shooting and uploading your video. As soon as I enabled location services the video was able to upload. Finally! :)
Daaaaamn I had it set with my address on it but I'm a mobile business - I was like why is it asking for branding on a building I don't have a building! I submitted it about 10 minutes before I switched to service areas rather than brick and mortar. Hopefully it works. Thanks man.

For a plumber who wants his home address listed, what kind of business signage would work? Also, can he show his work van/tools as his "staff-only area"? We're thinking of buying a door/wall sign + car decal but want to get the cheapest option that works.
You need permanent signage, something that is obviously been put in place not as a temporary measure. A work van is not a "staff area". Just use an "office space instead" if you have one

To qualify, you need to meet the following criteria: -Clearly display signage that represents your business. -Receive customers at the location during business hours. -Ensure your office is staffed by your own business personnel during business hours. If you don't meet these requirements, Google will not verify your listing.

Im not even getting an option of get verified only Google is processing your verification. It may take up to five days. Learn more only this is visible from past 10 days. i can see verified with green tick mark when i try to raise a ticket please help
There are many reasons why this may happen, length, file size, device...Check the full requirements here: support.google.com/business/answer/14271705 Even if you fulfill all requirements it may take several attempts. If it still fails reach out to google.
I'm Having similar issue. My internet connection is very slow in my business area. Also, my business email is different than the one I sign into my Google account. Would this be a problem?

The idea is to show google your business is legitimate so shoot whatever is relevant to your business.
