This is the first time I’m seeing someone’s scalp looking just like mine… it feels good to know that I’m not alone but at the same time I’m kinda sad that I can’t afford PRP and tried everything else so far and nothing works… I really hope you go back to your original hair and feel that confidence again… ❤️
Iron can definitely reduce hair loss so take as recommended by your doc. As far as shampoo, try a more natural herbal one with no sulphates and wash your hair more than every four days. Just think... would you not wash your face until 4 days? No, right? Healthy hair starts with clean and breathable scalp. Also, try avoiding dry hair shampoo or hairspray to the scalp. Thanks for sharing your journey with us!
Hey, do you have any reccomendations of natural shampoos? Someone else also dropped a comment about the dry shampoo and since then I've stopped using it 🙌🏽 thank you for your advice and watching 🥰
@@AmanHeer I would also like to say first when shampooing use a natural sulphate free one, for example I use faith in nature, and same with conditioner a natural one, one I use has biotin and collagen inside, this is very long but helpful, in addition make sure your eating healthy (a lot) fruit & veg, your lymphatic system can be playing up and a lot of lemon water can help with that as it’s detoxes your body but defiantly be conscious of food your eating as most of it is rubbish and 1 place that nutrients won’t go to if your body is not healthy is your hair, do scalp massages, use oils like coconut with peppermint or rosemary, again you need to be consistent, when showering don’t always shampoo everyday natural oils in your hair are good and you shouldn’t remove all the time, just do some more research on what I’ve said, remember be consistent and patient and you will see results I promise, HEAD MASSAGES and yoga that allows blood flow to the scalp, it’s a lot of info, I would screen shot and be consistent with what I’ve mentioned, lastly drink PLENTY of water and on iron try blood builder iron tablets you can find on eBay and Amazon, they are completely natural and loads of people have had benefits with hair from them, wishing you all the best and again enjoy the journey and be consistent!!!
Thank you soooo much for this! Ok first you, love the red on you! I also have those little baby hairs after one session of PRP. To be fair, I never went back lol. I need to go claim my other two sessions lol. I Did switch my shampoo to what my salon recommended (think no sulphate ones) and I only wash my hair twice a week. Do you think the micro blading thing affects the hair from growing there? I saw they offer that here in SA. And here’s to new friendships! Got to love TH-cam ❤️
Did you experience an increase in shedding after PRP sessions? I’ve heard that unhealthy hairs shed in order to make room for the healthier hair that’s growing in but it’s a nerve wracking thing to consider!
Thank you so much for sharing your views on PRP. Actually, I am having same pattern hair loss and after watching your video months ago I tried PRP treatment and it works for me. In India they gave PRP month after month and yesterday was my 3rd sitting. I am moving to Canada in April and the decision of PRP was life changing for me. Lots of love and light to you🤗😇🙏🏻😘😘😘
Hey, thank you for watching them 😊 I didn't use anything before having PRP and I've not used minoxidil. Although it is popular for hair loss. You have to be consistent with using it too.
Thank you. It takes a lot of courage to upload the videos you share and it is very informative and motivational and helps us decide for Prp better. . We know that many are in the same boat too. Thanks. Thanks a ton and may God bless you.
Did you do dermarolling video as well don’t see it. What do you think about it and what’s your hair routine like how much it sheds now and do you oil your hair or do anything.?
Hey, I did a quick review of the dermarolling in one of my videos, I think it may be in the Nizzoral shampoo one. I haven't done it long enough to see results but I found it super itchy for my scalp so I've stopped. Have you done it? I don't oil my hair, I comb it twice a day morning and night and make sure I plait it when I go to bed. I wash it twice a week, sometimes with Nizzoral shampoo which has helped with hair shedding. X
Hey, I didn't experience any pain after my sessions or months later. I've been absolutely fine 😊 I'm not sure about PRP on vellus hair, you'd have to ask a professional - sorry.
@@AmanHeer hi there! Do you mind telling me what kind of vitamins you take? I cannot afford prp I am desperate to fine a solution for my massive hair loss

Oh my god. I see a big difference!! Your hair looks thicker snd fuller!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
How about dermaroller? Did you tested it. There are many studies which can help. Or look at glycin amino acid. It should help to make hair thicker
I need to start using my dermaroller again 😬 I’ve not looked into glycin amino so thank you for the recommendation 🫶🏽
@@AmanHeer I hope it can help you. Giving is living 😊

Yeah that's right, it's part of the hair growth cycle but it does get disheartening to see it happen 😔 I didn't see an increase afterwards, no.
