Aww thank you so much, I appreciate you watching them 🥰💛
I'm taking Minoxidil pill since I had an allergic reaction to the topical. I've been taking it for a year now. I did spironolactone in conjunction but stopped after 6 months when my derm increased my dosage. I suddenly stopped breathing which woke me up and then everything was blurry. I recovered but my eyesight got poor. I now have to fully rely on reading glasses when working in front of my computer. I started PRP a week ago. I feel baby hairs but at the same time, I'm losing hair. I'm hoping my Telogen Effluvium will slow or stop. I'm seeing my derm next week to see how my hair is and 2 weeks after the first session of PRP.

Hi, I have androgenetic alopecia, too. My dermatologist told me that most before and after photos of dermatologists are photoshop and that they do not reflect the true effect of prp. He told me that huge hair growth is not the rule, and that what this therapy can do is mainly to strengthen your hair, to reduce hair fall and to help you grow new hair only if there are active follicles. In case they are not active, new hair won't grow again. For this reason he charges it at a price a lot less than others. I did my second session yesterday. So far, I have noticed a difference in hair fall so this is great, but I have not seen new hair in the problem areas. I don't feel very confident to tell you the truth, I guess I will have to get used to my image as it is. He told me that then the solution is transplant but he told me that it's very painful, that there are many risks and dangers and that given that the problem is not huge it's best to do now what I can with prp and leave the transplant. I will continue to see how it goes. I take a supplement of biotin given that all the vitamins are okay according to the blood test and I will start also with minoxidil and I guess I will do that for life with minoxidil because when you stop using it, the situation is reverted again.
Hey, that makes so much sense about PRP and needing the follicles to be active to see new growth. I have a feeling some of mine aren’t active anymore 😭 try using Nizzoral shampoo too, that has helped with my hair fall over time. Your thoughts about minoxidil are the same as mine about having to keep up with it but I hope it really works for you 🫶🏽✨
@@AmanHeer Thank you very much for sharing with me this info!!!! I ordered minoxidil in the form of foam. My dermatologist told me, who is honest as hell, just take anything you see has good reviews, don't go to a pharmacy and ask because they will give you what will benefit their pocket and I did a lot of research and found foligain and ordered minoxidil foam. I am also chatting with chat gpt (weirdo, I know) about many things and I told it about the whole situation and chat gpt told me that shampoos have a complementary action to foam because the ingredients do not stay in the scalp for long. While the foam, you just put it in the problem areas until it's absorbed by the skin and then you don't remove it. I was using for a month a trioxidil shampoo and saw a reduce in hair fall but I did not see any hair growth. I will try the minoxidil foam and fingers crossed, haha! The most important realization though is that as long as I have that issue, I will have to do something about it for the rest of my life, it requires a lot of commitment. It has given me so much anxiety you cannot imagine. Btw, I'm from Greece, it's amazing we can connect!
Hey Aman, I saw your videos regarding hair PRP , how many secessions you did for scalp PRP ?
Hey, the first time I started PRP a few years ago I had 5 sessions and when I recently had them I had 4 sessions 😊
I took Spironolactone and for a year and stopped when my dosage increased which caused a severe side effect. Luckily I regained my vision and mindset. I am still taking the Minoxidil pill for over a year now. I took those two together but stopped on the spironolactone. I saw the derm last week and I'm scheduled for my first PRP this Friday. He prescribed Biotin 5000mg which is over the counter. No need for prescription. I have Telogen Effluvium along w/ Androgenetic Alopecia. The TE should've stopped 6 months but it's still going on. That's the main reason for me to take PRP is to slow or stop it so my baby hairs can grow up and be strong for me.
Biggest faffer around 😂
😂😂 I need to be more like you Manny! 🧘🏽♀️
@AmanHeer zen mode 📳
Dont know how long she’s been taking it for but its not a instant thing 😅
Sounds like you didn’t watch my video did you, Amy?😂👀 Because if you had, you’d know I say exactly that! Nothing is an instant thing and you need to be consistent taking supplements. Even then it won’t work for everyone. Have a lovely day ☺️
Hi ,dear I need a friend whom I can share about my hair problem.i Don't know why I feel so tensed alot .dear can you tell me that after prp does hair shedding remain the same or even it also stops .plz reply soon
Could you do a video on thin hair hairstyles :) I have thin hair as well and struggle to find hairstyles for nights out or work that don't show my bald spots/scalp
Wait so the prp didn’t work on you?
It temporarily worked a few years ago, but PRP is temporary anyway. I’ve done a few videos about my experience with having PRP recently and how it’s not worked as well😊
Having fun 😍
It was honestly one of the best concerts I’ve been to 😍💃🏽
@@AmanHeer ya ,I can see that 😍🥺I wish I could be there too
Are you Scottish?
Nope, from Yorkshire 😊
Thankyou!
Hy your hairs are really thin i would like to advise you to use rosemary oil mixed with castor oil and also use hair growth spray along with all this also use hair massager and i will love if you will start doing hijab😌😊✨btw you look so clean💛🤍
Loving these travel vlogs, they’re so good! Giving me inspiration for my next trip for sure
Thanks bro 😅🫶🏽
do you have extensions in?
Hey, I don’t but I’ve considered them. My hair is naturally long but really fine 🥺
More travel vloggsssss please !!!
Just means I need to go on more holidays… any excuse 😂🫶🏽
hi do you lose lots of hair after hair wash?
Looks lovely 😍. Happy birthday hope you seeing a difference ❤
Thank you hun 🥰 I’ve bought another tub of collagen, on month 2 now 😁 xx
@AmanHeer welcome I can see a difference xx carry on
Looking lovely dear😊❤
Thank you 🥰🥰
🎈🎉🎂Happy Birthday! 🎈🎉🎂 Your hair looks lovely! 🤩🥰
Thank you so much 🥳🥰🫶🏽
Hi...do you loose miniatures hair?
Hi dear plz reply me 🙏 dear i have done my first prp session in November and now i have taken second one in August but from two different docs first ,says there's not a issue after three pr six months you can take second season so,i was relaxed but now when went to another doc she was saying at least after a month you have to take 2nd one and after both sessions i have been noticing that my hair fall has been reduced a bit ,where i was seeing 200 strainds now i m falling 50 to 60 on my wash day can't my shedding also stop? And i also wanna cure my hair thinning can't it improve? Doc said to me apply some serums with but i Don't wanna apply it .plz answer it i m worried what to do or what to not .😢
Hey Raveena, I’ve been told to see results from PRP you should have one session per month with a minimum of 3-4 sessions and then top up sessions every 4-6 months afterwards. Results do vary from person to person however. So glad your hair fall has reduced 🥰
@@AmanHeer thanks dear for replying 😘
Fascinating to know about the different phases
The way our body works is so interesting right!? ✨
How about dermaroller? Did you tested it. There are many studies which can help. Or look at glycin amino acid. It should help to make hair thicker
I need to start using my dermaroller again 😬 I’ve not looked into glycin amino so thank you for the recommendation 🫶🏽
@@AmanHeer I hope it can help you. Giving is living 😊
Can I ask you that how do you cope with hair loss mentally?😢
It used to affect me a lot more a couple of years ago. I suppose it’s something I’ve learnt to live with, start embracing and just knowing that it’s actually okay to go through this as I’m not alone with it. I also learnt not to hold on to what other people might think about my hair either 💛
@@AmanHeer thanks for your response. That's so nice to hear ... I hope that all of us can embrace ourselves. sorry for any grammar mistake, English is not my first language, sooo😂
I understand you perfectly well 🥰
Do you apply minoxidil serums?
I don’t as I feel like I won’t be as consistent using minoxidil to have a good result 😬
Your hairs looking good. I hope you can feel a difference x
Hopefully I’ll see a noticeable difference after a whole month or so of taking it 🤞🏽 xx
Your hair looks great with the parting closing up. I booked my 1st PRP session next week here in Malaysia. May i ask what is the Interval between each session during treatment phase and maintenance phase? Different clinic seems to give different answers.
Thank you for this video! Just wanted to say your hair looks really lovely, the hairline looks normal and healthy and I wouldn’t have known you experience hair loss from your hair right now. Glad you feel more confident and will be bearing your advice in mind :)
Thank you so much. Appreciate it 🥰
Aww love your video xxx ❤❤ collagen it will definitely work 😊 i would lke to add i tahe a biotin tablet to x😊
Thank you again for suggesting this 🥰 yeah biotin really worked for me - I need to start taking them again too! Xx
@@AmanHeer welcome
Too late for me 😂
Not a day over 40 you 😂
Did you look at the collagen?
Hey Nadia, I bought it the day after you recommended it to me and have been taking it every day since. I recorded a video about it on Sunday which will be live on Monday. Huge thank you again for recommending it to me 🙏🏽can’t wait to see how it works for me 💛
@AmanHeer honestly aman it seriously works I'm at my hair dressers and shs just commented on how my hair has gone thicker I'm glad I did. 😊 xxx best of luck its good for skin and nails I also am getting compliments on skin to
That’s amazing! So glad you’ve seen results from it 🥰 how long did it take you to see them roughly? I’m going to persevere with it and update you 💛xx
@AmanHeer thanks x about 3 Months
Hi Aman : what is the post care instructions you had to follow after a PRP treatment? Are there any dietary/supplement restrictions? How many days did you have to stop exercising after the treatment?
Hey Anju, they recommend to not wash your hair or apply anything on your scalp for the first 24hrs but exercising etc is fine. No restrictions on diet and supplements either. Taking biotin and other supplements alongside the treatment can help with the results 😊
@@AmanHeer thank you 🙏
Hi aman I too have thin hair just like you but I was not so conscious about it until a guy pointed it. The only thing I think the problem is dating someone.
Hey, I know the feeling with dating - I may do a video on this actually 😄 But let me tell you, the right guy won’t make you feel a type of way about your hair 🥰 don’t forget you are beautiful and a guy doesn’t hold power over how you should feel about yourself 💛
@@AmanHeer ❤❤
I recommend you taking collagen powder since me taking it my hairs improved
Hey, I did think about this. Which one do you take?
@AmanHeer definitely. I take a brand called sunna supplements. But there are loads. But genuinely my hair is fine and thin and its improved soo much. My friends are constantly telling me.
Thank you so much for recommending this. I’m going to look into collagen 💛
@AmanHeer your welcome I'm telling you this collagen powder is a god sent you mix a scoop of the powder in tea, juice etc you see difference in hair skin and nails. It's done wonders to my hair...
I'm taking collagen powder which I feel is helping with my health. My cousin said my nails look good. Before they were weak to break easily.
have you considered polynucleotide treatment for hairloss?
Hey, I’ve never heard of this treatment- I’ll take a look into it so thank you! 🙏🏽 Have you tried it?
@@AmanHeer no i haven't tried it yet but i've read really good things about it.
If you do try it, let me know 😊
Hi Did you use minoxidil along with prp treatment?
Hey I’ve never used minoxidil 😊
my trichologist has asked me to continue minox while prp sessions. i am scared to start minox due to its shedding and its side effects.
@@mom_and_motion once you start there may be some shedding but sometimes it has great results but you have to continue it forever may be. Did you get PRP done ?
Hey Aman, would you say your hair has become denser over the last couple years? After PRP
Hey, it was for a short while during the time I was having PRP but then went back to the original state once I stopped ☹️
@@AmanHeer alright! Are you planning on continuing with it? thanks
Not at the moment I won’t be 😔
Hey dear, I'm facing severe hairloss since past 3 years! I'm just 18 now, almost 50 percentage of my hair has gone....I got this hairloss due to my extreme weight loss in a small period... Now I'm thinking to do prp , will it help me???😢😢
Hey, I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this 🥺 just know that it will eventually come back but it will probably take some time. Have you spoken to a professional about it?
Hey Aman, just a question, when you went back India, did you feel difference in hair shedding around that time you were in India. Was it less that how you were shedding in UK or more ?
Hey, when I went last year I experienced it a lot more for some reason, but when I went this year it was fine x
