Beginners Build DIY Raised Garden Bed! SUCCESS & FAIL

Today we build a raised garden bed for cheap! I had 12 2x4s left over from when I built my workbench. When Nicole said she wanted a raised garden bed, we got to work!
we used 6 full (8 foot) 2x4s for the length and cut down 6 2x4s to 5 feet for the width. the left over scraps were used to make posts that hold it all together!
18 bags of soil + the wood stain/sealer cost us $200
