Although everybody is talking about how you don’t need speeds of the A14, you have to keep in mind longevity. (And value, of that matter) For those of you arguing about value, you shouldn’t really be comparing the pixel in the slightest. The Oneplus 8t 5g is what you should be looking at. The fact of the matter is Apple will support a guaranteed 5 years, while the Pixel is only guaranteed 3-4 years. Thinking long term investment wise, that’s 200 per year for the iPhone, while its 233 per year for the pixel. Also keep in mind the pixel’s chip performance is in between an 835/845. Those were flagship chips from 3-4 years ago. Older pixels last as long as they do because they’re at most 1 year behind chip wise. I can’t see the pixel 5 lasting longer than 4 years, and that’s stretching it.
there's nothing about the specs, the only thing i inferred from the video is that pure stock android can make a phone to at least compete with flagship specs phones.
Just to let you know, phone speed tests like this one is not actually accurate because he could've clicked one before the other and there is no way you can sync up the time you click the app so yeah

With an mid-range processor even...
@@dominantsept i mean the snapdragon 765 is more faster than the 855 so it would kinda be like a flagship chipset from a year ago. But its impressive any ways
iPhone 12 pro cost 1200$ and pixel 5 cost 300$ in my country which one should I go for?
I wish pixel 5 could have used Snapdragon 780g instead 765g. That would make a significant difference in the performance point of view.
I did not see the price speed comparison. Is it going to be in the next video?
I always listen out for "And we are iiiiinnnn"
Apps look more optimise on iPhone your pixel has black bars
@Agent Bill Wilson from The Dark Knight Rises I need that on my Samsung tablet, black bars everywhere
I think u should record your videos in 60 fps bro, that would be very nice :)
@Terran 30 to 60 u can notice the diference on how smooth the video ia running
its easy to notice
@@LordOfChaos.x Agree
indeed
Bro the pixel is an absolute beast, sd765G performs better than expected
there's nothing about the specs, the only thing i inferred from the video is that pure stock android can make a phone to at least compete with flagship specs phones.
I want you to do more episodes like this!

@@OneRaptor3539 Like your mom and dad did years ago
Just to let you know, phone speed tests like this one is not actually accurate because he could've clicked one before the other and there is no way you can sync up the time you click the app so yeah
This video clearly shows that the pixel running on way less powerful hardware is way better optimised. Also shows that you literally don’t need brute force to hand a good phone experience. Well done Google absolutely smashed it.
This is more like a storage speed test. And the internet modem test.
Why touches Iphone before Pixel?
If Pixel 5 gets Snapdragon 865plus poor iPhone 🤣🤣🤣
rumours about new true flagship pixel coming Q1 2021. My guess is Pixel 5XL 🤞

considered that for the pixel 5 not having a high-end processor like the snapdragon 865 and the iPhone if having a high-end proceeds there is not much difference
True!

Wow apple , just wow
Imagine getting beaten by a phone that has a chip from a couple years ago.
Google did a great job , unlike apple , the same phone every year
It's a very very new chip dude not even an year old
@@TopperGamingandMore-tp4pp exactly, it’s new and apple has had enough time to optimise it
I have the pixel 4 and this phone is just amazing if they would've put the 855 in it it'd been a beast the 4 is so fast and fluid and it's the smartest phone ever it's insane I've been a Google fan for years using the nexus back in the day loved the nexus 6p
for me, the winner is the Pixel 5. It´s slightly slower, but price difference is to huge. (Iphone 12 pro starts at 1120€ and the Pixel 5 at 613€) Its close to half of the Iphone 12 Pro.
With that iPhone, how many hours you can play... (3 - 4 hours)... How mucho with Google Pixel 5 (7-10 hours)?
of course i will choose the google pixel 5 because i'm an avid android fans! love the p5 size and it was perfect size for me. i do hate phone screen over than 6" period. hope google pixel teams will keep the screen size below 6" for their next line up with upgrade performance hardware. no complaints on software and firmware though.
Great video, looking forward to seeing Iphone 12 mini vs Pixel 5
how about the batteries? which one drain faster?
what the hell googe did with mid-range cpu 765g and ufs 2.1 ????? very very close with ip12p
THE PIXEL DID GREAT!
I don't knoe actually how you're comparing a budget midrange android phone to the top noch of the iPhone 12 line up
Its like comparing the Galaxy note 20 ultra to the iPhone SE 1st gen
With that said I think the pixel did a really great job!
For 800$ must did great

The apps not being optimised for Pixel and showing black bars is disappointing but the pixel looks elegant. I have used iPhones fore several years and they just look the same every year except the camera upgrade.
The OS on pixel is out of this world
How about launching in-app camera apps like IG? And after constant use with aotrage filled up to 80%.

Flagship vs midrange beast
Just imagine Google Pixel 5 with Snapdragon 865+. which is not ready needed btw. Pixel 5 already as snappy as it is even with SD765.
Pixel is best optimization it have sd765g and iPhone have it called fastest processor in this time ( bionic a14 ) but pixel less than 1sec difference imagine if pixel 5 use sd 865 /865+ then .........

Don't really care if it had a flagship chip. It's already fast enough.
3:08 those pop up window in android apps is one of the many tiny things that makes me ditch android after ten years. From nexus to pixel, user experience is not valued by google play store and app developers.
Is that a dead pixel on the iphone?
I'll wait for the iPhone 13 and a15 bionic
I'll wait for iPhone 100 & a102 until then I'll use android flagship
@@abhijitgojara7518 You won't be alive till then probably.
You will not see any bigger gains from that vs the A14 just like the A14 vs A13. You mostly notice it in super-heavy apps like rendering video apps or the most demanding games. Regular apps are not demanding enough to take advantage of the performance.

Reminder that there processor on pixel is only the 765G to make it affordable. If it had Snapdragon 865 plus with same price tag as the iPhone the iPhone would be lagging behind.

Means people with pixels are more satisfied. Doesn't necessarily mean more people buy them.

Pixel 765G
What u guys think
If pixel is powered with 865+
The fact is Iphone 12 pro has a better chip with a14 bionic and the google pixel 5 has a midranger chip which snap dragon 765 5g 7nm but the screen on pixel 5 is better than iphone the notch is just succckkkckckzz
Suspense is real, music is back.
Now google pixel is coming with thier own chip.
I find these speed test review a total waste of time and effort, especially when you’re showing milliseconds between opening basic apps.
No one buys a phone because the gmail app or the web browser app opens 0.1 of a millisecond quicker than another phone.
If you test something which was memory/processor hungry like Photoshop or the camera taking a night photo that’s different.
