I had a Suzuki B100P (known as a Bloop) in the UK as a student back in 1969 - in essence the same bike as the US Bearcat but for street use. I went everywhere on it with my girlfriend. It never missed a beat. A few years ago bought an old one for a few hundred quid, spent a bit more and now have a replica for old times sake! When riding it I feel 17 all over again. To make things even better it seems that these survivor old smaller two strokes are now appreciating in value!
I’ve got a few b120’s myself and I ended up collecting them. Can you remember the reg? It may have passed through my hands at some stage and I may be able to pass you on to who bought it. Let me know. I’m in the UK too
Clever of them to call it the BearCat. In 1966, the Dad's that be buying it for their boys and girls would know its the name of the best US NAvy Piston fighter developed at the end of WW2..
Where I grew up in the 60's. When I was in 7th grade, the Honda 90 scrambler was 'The' bike everyone wanted. We didn't realize the small displacement bikes from Suzuki kawasaki and Yamaha actually offered way more bang for the buck. Honda marketing was just too good!
I had a 1965 Suzuki K15 “Hillbilly” when I was 16 (my 1st MC). Knobby tires, 80cc, but otherwise nearly identical to the bike in this video. Great starter bike back in the day but now finding parts may be tough & prices for running examples tend to be high. Crank roller bearings fail requiring low end rebuild. Nice museum toy but get a newer bike for better experience in the long term.
I know you are trying to grow your channel, I understand that. You put out some great content!! However the the constantly trying to get people to comment for your algorithm is just so irritating
Thanks for your feedback. The last thing I worry about is the Algorithm. Because you can’t figure it out. I asked for people to tell me “how they would do something” is because I want to know. I am not an expert and work in my shop alone. When you guys comment(good or bad) that is the only feedback I get. An I appreciate each and every one. Thanks for watching.
In the U.K. they were called the Suzuki 80 Is this an 80 c.c. bike if so I had one as my first bike and what a bike it was this brings back so so so many memories ?????????????????

That is so awesome. When you first got it home had to be such a feeling of freedom! Thanks for sharing.

I see the cleaning!!! Haha! Beautiful! 😍
Awesome. I’m a beg forgiveness rather than ask permission kinda guy. Thanks for watching.
Im over 70 and i wanted one of these bikes. Im remember it in the showroom in salem Oregon and was cool.
WOW! I just think how cool it would have been to get one of these(any small displacement) ad a kid. The freedom. Thanks for watching.
@@motorcyclerewind It was my pleasure, thanks again.
Love that 2 stroke burble.
I wish my neighbors felt the same as you do😂🏍️thanks for watching.

This goes in the gate gory of you learn something new everyday. Thanks for sharing. Keri calls it a Hellcat after the Dodge car. Thanks for watching.
Had nearly the same in 1970
Lot of fun😂
Greetings from the Netherlands
Such a great motorcycle. Thanks for watching.
Love these old two stroke street bikes! Found your channel this morning. Perfect bike content! Subscribed!
Happy you found us. I am just a guy in his garage trying to keep these motorcycles alive. Thanks for watching.
That little thing runs pretty good!
Yes it does. A little loud because it’s missing the baffle in the exhaust. So much fun. Thanks for watching.
What a mint bike. Love it. 😊
Such a cool 😎 little motorcycle.
The Japanese manufacturers made some really cool little machines back then.
They sure did. This guy built to go against the CT90. It’s super cool. Thanks for watching.

You meet the nicest people on a Honda! They were better at marketing. Thanks for watching
Nice, I love the two strokes.
I do too! So cool. Thanks for watching.
@@motorcyclerewind absolutely, I'm glad to have found this channel .
Nice! .. If I ever get the Trail Cat back together we can race.
Racing is in this bike future(foreshadowing). There may be an upcoming video where Keri and I race two strokes. 😂

The hillbilly is awesome. This is a great little motorcycle. Makes a perfect pit bike. Thanks for watching.
LAs totally awesome is legit though. I haven't tried everything but I have used that a fair bit and it works.
This was the first time I used it. I bought it because it was cheap and AWESOME!! Thanks for watching.
How hard is it to get a title for it if i bought it with bill of sale only?
Not hard with vintage motorcycles. Each state has its unique hoops to jump through.
maybe the fuel was left on for a long time.nip the head bolts down bit .
Good idea on the head bolts. I will retorque them. Video out today has the exciting conclusion to our oil leak investigation.😂 thanks for watching.
Two stroke...?
Yes it is. Taking care of mosquitoes one ride at a time. Thanks for watching.
Awesome very cool...love your content brother

Every channel does it, it’s not exclusive to Eric.

This one is a 120cc. How old were you when you got it? Thanks for watching.
