hello not sure this is a question answer but giving a try. 12 years ago I had 35 lymph nodes removed for uterin cancer. Then just 41/2 years another 25 lymph nodes removed under my right arm. I have had massive lymph swelling but with a therapist it has been going down out of my rib cage and legs. I'm still having trouble with the right arm and under right and some in center of my chest. I'm told the drain is in uppr chest??? I just came on this bunch of videos so I'm working through them. I hope to get to the pool and do those. I at times thought I would make worse in the pool. My major trouble now is I have degenerative disc and spinal stenosis causing aweful numbness to feet and legs. Now SL joint also coming involved. Thank you for allowing comment.

I thought that because there's a cut and an original path has been 'destroyed', we should change direction? Like anything above the cut goes to armpits, anything below the cut goes to groins. Anybody with any advice? I am very confused. Cheers

Failed to mention opening the entire channel by stimulating the venous return nodes, which allow for the return of lymph to the circulatory system/heart. This should be the first and last step of any manual lymphatic drainage massage/therapy.
