I hope you read the light novels for Ascendance of a Bookworm! There's so much more to the story, the worldbuilding is so well done! I'm almost at the end of the story and it's so satisfying seeing so many threads coming together

Having read quite a bit of the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga, the first few are very 'villain of the week'. It's not until the bit that the show adapted that there's something of an actual plot.

I think you should read Erased by Kei Sanbe. Erased is really popular manga series and one of my favorites 😊 It's murder mystery with time travel twist.

Yu-Gi-Oh doesn't introduce the card game until volume 3 or 4. The rest of the series only follows the card game.
