My phone was snatched in high school and I guess the guy that I was an easy target because I was alone. Little did he know I was meeting my girls down the hall who ran track. They hawked that boy so fast! He was shocked! Passed up security and everybody! Security let us beat him up a little too. 😂😂
How to reduce Dad Bod: Do the Commercial workout. When the commercial comes on do push-ups until your show comes back on, then Sit-ups, Sissy squats (Body weight). Think about how many commercials are in a 30min show🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
Speaking about college grants, my daughter will be graduating this May & all 4 years of college was paid by grants & scholarships, no loans! Definitely look into that, you’ll be surprised at all the free money that’s out there!!
Listening to Keon on the panic mode for when his son had the asthma attack. What is the scariest thing you guys (Tony and Keon) have experienced with your kids. For me I was driving on the highway going home and my daughter threw up in the back. Can't imagine the panic in my face 😂🤣

With my own parent, in hindsight, I got just about everything I wanted from video games and toys and such, but as an adult now, I see that money could have been spent in more fruitful areas. Do you ignore the whims of a teenager and delay gratification or do you just make sure your children are happy today?

My son is 5 he has a flip phone.. only bc the first day of kindergarten they let him off the bus at the wrong stop and he walked home.. I didnt know where he was for 45 mins. So now he calls me at the end of the day while on the bus. That's the only time he uses the phone.. it was a scary day!

I had asthma from the age of 2 to present. All them steroids they pumped into me made me so damn fat! Luckily, I don't have asthma attacks as much.
