Does the Yoshi rob the bike of its instant low end pull or drivability? Sometimes if you get more top end you often have to lose a bit off the bottom. From England. Considering this slip on for my bike. We get the 91hp version here as standard. TIA
@@YoshimuraUSA Good point. So you guy's are smart... Smart 🤓. Thinking ahead 🤔. Please never stop making exhaust. I know we have ebikes coming but motorcycles are different then cars. Cars and energy companies are the reason why motorcycles have to pay the price but if everyone was on two wheels alot of issues would be solved 😉.
Not sure what your shoe size is, but we try to fix those type of things when we build a system for a bike. We have had zero comments on feet rubbing the RS-12

Were decibels measured between the two exhausts? If so, how much more is there in Yoshimura's exhaust. We started giving digital reports on exhaust power above the limit.
It sounds pretty nice for stock but what a world of difference the new RS-12 makes.
I just ordered mine in Australia can't wait to fit in on my 2023 transalp
Gotta love the sound of a 270 twin
Love it!
Installed RS-12 on my TRANSALP 4-23-24 and love it!

Super sound ❤
huuuge difference. love it

No robbing HP here, You will be happy with our RS-12
It looks great! Any thoughts on relocating it up?
Not unless we make a full system for it. Hard to know what companies are going to do with panniers.

Does it just come from removing the original and installing the Yoshimura or do I have to buy something additional?
It sounds really good :)
It was only a matter of time ❤
So it is not legal to buy and mount it in Austria? I would love to have this exhaust on my new Transalp 750! Where to buy in Austria?
We are not homologating for Austria.
for europe exhaust have two pipes on one bottle
!!! really wery good sound. no need changed.

Everything is included to install this system.
@@YoshimuraUSA thank you
Hello ! Very nice work ! Is it street legal for Europe? (Euro5) ( i'm from France)
Thanks 👍🏻
We do not homologate for Europe Euro 5
@@YoshimuraUSA too bad 😞 thank you for your response!
Superb! Will it be compatible with the SW Motech Aluminium panniers, I doubt. Wishing Wishing!
If the stock exhaust doesn't interfere, we don't think our RS-12 will.
@@YoshimuraUSA Yes, They have designed panniers to be compatible with stock exhaust. Unsure if it will work with after market ones!
You should be good with our RS-12 then...@@276sachin
Did you try it?
@@MotoCampAdv No. Ended up buying the Tiger 900
Stock sounds pretty darn good!
We would kindly disagree
@@chrisschepper9312 stock sounds good, but Yoshi sounds awesome!
Does this sit further back than the stock exhaust? My right boot heel seems to always find itself right on my stock muffler.

@@YoshimuraUSA well that's good since I already ordered one this morning. Can't wait to get it on my bike!
I took the spark arrestor out of my stock pipe and it kinda sounds the same as the yoshi
The cat on the bike bungs it up so much. Pipe helps a little but gotta do a decay to really make it shine
What is the difference in terms of dB?
At 5000 RPM using J2825 standards 89.8 dB
Superb
Any plans to develop a full exhaust system for the Transalp?
The answer is not no. :) TBD
@@YoshimuraUSA Thanks for your quick response.
Wiil the bike need a re-map if this is put on a stock bike?
No it will not.
@@YoshimuraUSAthanks!! will be purchasing
Does anyone know if it will work with Hepco and Becker pannier rack mounted

@@YoshimuraUSA ok thanks . It would help if I could find a photo of the rear of the bike with the Yoshi on it
