She is insane and there is only one way how this relationship can end and it isn’t good for both Nazarick and the new world

"Nothing would make me happier than to be with you, forever." literally so magical, and definitely one of my favourite anime intro/outro songs ever
every time i rewatch Overlord and hear this, This ending music makes Season 2 of Overlord depressing because of the tone of the sound and the meaning of the song. btw i've always listen to this music at the end of every episode of season 2.

You don't want a woman or man to feel this type of self-sacrifical love for you. Because they will only give and never wish to take. This song is beautiful, almost admirable, but it is tragic. Someone who would gladly give all of themselves even their life for the one they love sounds like a dream, but it's a prelude to a nightmare. Too much selflessness isn't healthy and this song sounds down-right to the point of Martyrdom.

You can have two very normal people, you can also have two very different individuals, and some of the rules change. But yeah, as a man who has felt this, I can attest to your claim, it brought me nothing but pain. But if someone were to truly love me to this extreme, that'd be an extremely motivational force for me. If we take it in the context of the story, Albedo is happy or exalted whenever Ainz gives her attention, love, compliments or praise. I'm not saying I'd want it at that excessive level, but, I sure as hell would be dedicated to take care of that persons heart. And I'd very likely never falter in my endeavours. It's messed up, but sometimes, one person is your only light, for when you have none left yourself, and the healthiest thing is of course to find the light within yourself, and to become the best version of yourself, improving every day, to be able to live with yourself.
