I’m curious to know how they turn a profit when these homes look like it takes a million plus to build not to mention other expenses and they’re on the market for 1.1 million?
@@Art_Odyssey93 I am sure they make 200K off every one of those townhomes. It doesn’t cost that much to build . Land value also adds in due to prime location . I would have to guess that the cost to build this would be around 600K and the land value would range around 200k plus or minus .

Hello and thank you for your insight. Not sure if you have owned a three level townhouse before? It’s very common for the half bath to be on the main level . Now the placement of the half bath is based on the floor plan you choose since there are others to choose from . So please don’t be discouraged because the bathroom is there . Maybe you may like another plan where the bathroom is to the one side . And please know that I am not discounting your point that you made . Want you to know that I hear you and it’s a valid point

The price doesn't surprise me lol. I lived in Smyrna right off S. Cobb, and at the time they were building new luxury townhomes starting from $600k right by West Village, this was back in 2016-2018. The area is very nice.
@@christopherk.7094 you are paying purely for the location . There is not a single community in Downtown Vinings that is less than a million . Can’t compare that to places near Cumberland mall and I understand that it’s only an exit away . Value of land is so different .
