little tip , you said u cant scale it , u actually can if u parent it all to an empty and scale the empty , this way the animation scale doesn't get effected but u change the physical scale of the object

    Update:
Tinkering a bit I was able to control how noisy the edges of the circle become by inserting another color ramp node between the mix RGB node output and the MixShader FAC input. That seemed to get me back to what Pierrick was working with: Where the FAC value of the mix node now noises up the edges gradually as you see demonstrated around 6:49.
    Initial post:
Hi Everyone, I ran into an issue I'm wondering if anyone else has and hwo they solved it ?
My results differ starting at 6:49 when plugging in the Mix RGB node color output into the Mix Shader FAC input, I don't get the nice circle in the center, (my gradient values are exactly the same as Pierrick's. And so when I adjust the Fac value like Pierrick describes I only get the circle to pop on/off or the noise to pop on/off but never the sweet distortion effect he shows around the circles edges.
To be Clear I matched the values of ever single node to make sure I didn't miss anything so I'm a bit lost. Did some node behaviors change since this recording ? I'm on Blender 2.93. Would love to know if anyone else ran into this and if they solved it, how ?
