    I never thought fixing something this severe was even possible.

      This is an extreme case that presents the possibilities of orthodontics at its best. :) Usually orthodontic treatments are not so severe ;)

    Technology has come a long way. When I was a little girl, they just removed all of mine because “my mouth was so small”. I think if they’d had the ability to do this back in the 80s, they could’ve made my mouth whatever size my teeth needed. I’m so glad these orthodontists (I hope I’m using the correct term) were able to help this patient without removing teeth. I bet the patient has a beautiful smile and feels loads better.

    Wow, I also had 4 impacted canines, one extra tooth under my impacted lower canine and still have slightly open bite on my left side. Exposure surgeries was the worst experiences of my life, I'm still recovering from my last, but I am happy that I'm on my way to have pretty and healthy smile. Thank you for the video, I'll watch others from your channel.

      Wow, you are a very rare individual! I am sure that you will succeed in your treatment 🙏. Where were your canines impacted, in which position bucco-lingually?

    Hey ...is it normal to have just 3 teeth in your your lower jaw? Or might be impacted teeth too ?
    Ps i so have both my cannies ...but have an impacted cannine in my upper jaw

    • @TheWizardOfOrthodontics
      @TheWizardOfOrthodontics  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You may miss a lower tooth, or it is impacted also. You need an OPG

    Was root resorption of the inferior central incisors and lateral incisors inevitable, I'm a bit curious?

    • @TheWizardOfOrthodontics
      @TheWizardOfOrthodontics  ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't think that there is a significant root resorption of lower incisors. The reason to appear shrlorter on the OPG is their significant proclination. In this way, they are positioned in an angle towards the x-ray detector.

    Hello, i have a really impacted canine, the same deep with my upper wisdom. Is it too dangerous to take surgery?
