I went to barber school and learned from a 90 year old man. My instructor hated guards and didn't like us using them. He stressed that we learn clipper over comb. Now I know there's a time and a place for guards but I have great skill with Clipper Over Comb.

I don't know about y'all, but I kinda wish there were a few less podcasts and more Challenge Accecpteds like these instead. Am I alone in this feeling? I mean the podcasts are very relateable and connect with the subscribers, but Challenges are what built this channel. Michelle, please do more stuff like this! :D
She's got more in the works. She said it can take time for sponsors to look over it & also because they do such high quality it takes more time. Personally I'm ok with it taking longer cause then I know it's going to be the best quality instead of just pushing out half done shows.
These are difficult, all the logistics, recording, editing, sponsors.. podcasts are barely edited so I think if we want to see this good quality videos we need to wait

That first haircut reminded me of when I let my mom cut my hair in highschool. I knew it was bad when she started laughing at her mistakes. I got roasted for weeks by my friends. One said I looked like a stray cat lol
Yeah, I promised to never touch hair again. Only kid who was allowed to leave their hat on. I think it was third grade.

Also, therapists at the barbershop?! AMAZING!!! That’s seriously so friggin genius! My dad REFUSES to go to therapy but of course, he couldn’t know it wasn’t a therapist. Lol. This was such a cute Challenge Accepted! I love seeing the way you and Garrett interact. And don’t worry about being clumsy...it happens to the best of us. I literally bump into things almost every time I go into another room. Successful but clumsy can be a thing!

Michelle, you did an amazing job for a first time barber! When I was younger, my babysitter was a barber and she would trim and cut my hair lots of times when she babysat me! She always did an amazing job just like you! I remember once she cut my brothers hair similar to that and it was amazing just like you did! I am pretty surprised for a first time barber! 😊👏🏼👏🏼
